【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建大學(xué)治理中的學(xué)生參與度模型,對(duì)《USnews2017全球大學(xué)排行榜》中進(jìn)入前1000名的87所中國大陸高校的章程進(jìn)行文本分析發(fā)現(xiàn):大學(xué)治理中的學(xué)生參與度與高校排名呈現(xiàn)弱相關(guān);教育部直屬高校的學(xué)生參與度明顯高于其他類型院校;教育部直屬高校中,位于直轄市的高校的學(xué)生參與度明顯高于位于其他省份的高校學(xué)生參與度;87所高校的學(xué)生參與度總體上屬于"微參與"水平。提升大學(xué)治理中的學(xué)生參與度需要從轉(zhuǎn)變思維和制度保障兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行建構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:By constructing a model of student participation in university governance, this paper makes a textual analysis of the statutes of 87 mainland Chinese colleges and universities in USnews2017 Global University ranking. It is found that the participation of students in university governance is weakly related to the ranking of colleges and universities; The participation of students in colleges and universities directly under the Ministry of Education is obviously higher than that in other types of colleges and universities, and in the universities directly under the Ministry of Education, The participation of students in colleges and universities located directly under the Central Government is obviously higher than that in 87 colleges and universities located in other provinces. To promote student participation in university governance, it is necessary to construct two aspects: changing thinking and system guarantee.
