【摘要】：我國高等教育發(fā)展取得了巨大成績,也面臨不少矛盾和問題。從發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)思想看,主要有規(guī)模發(fā)展、分類發(fā)展、重點發(fā)展、特色發(fā)展、協(xié)同發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。高等教育發(fā)展中遇到的諸多矛盾和問題,主要體現(xiàn)在大眾化發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的量與質(zhì),發(fā)展理念與教育理念的同與異,成人的無限目的與適應(yīng)競爭需要和經(jīng)濟(jì)生存等有限目的的重與輕,服務(wù)國家戰(zhàn)略需求與資源配置公平的取與舍,發(fā)達(dá)國家高等教育理念的移與借等方面。面對這些矛盾和問題,應(yīng)不斷改革創(chuàng)新,建設(shè)和諧的現(xiàn)代高等教育體系,高度重視文化建設(shè),并將無限的育人目標(biāo)具體化,努力推進(jìn)高等教育發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The development of higher education in China has made great achievements, but also faces many contradictions and problems. From the view of the leading thought of development, there are scale development, classification development, key development, characteristic development, cooperative development and innovation development. Many contradictions and problems encountered in the development of higher education are mainly reflected in the quantity and quality in the process of mass development, the similarities and differences between the development ideas and the educational concepts. The limitless purpose of adults is to meet the needs of competition and economic survival, such as heavy and light, to serve the national strategic needs and fair allocation of resources, the concept of higher education in developed countries and other aspects of the transfer and loan. In the face of these contradictions and problems, we should constantly reform and innovate, build a harmonious modern higher education system, attach great importance to cultural construction, and concretize the unlimited goal of educating people, and strive to promote the development of higher education.
