【摘要】：本選題主要立足于當(dāng)前社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)如日中天的背景,研究社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)進(jìn)程中的公民及公民教育。在分析社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)公民及公民教育的概念進(jìn)行解釋,嘗試解釋在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中社會(huì)對(duì)公民提出了哪些新要求,對(duì)高校公民教育提出哪些新要求新挑戰(zhàn);通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析當(dāng)前高等院校公民教育的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀以及大學(xué)生對(duì)高校公民教育的看法;針對(duì)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的進(jìn)程中出現(xiàn)一系列新的事物、新的問(wèn)題、新的考驗(yàn),提出在現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中發(fā)展和鞏固、完善高校公民教育的對(duì)策建議。本選題主要使用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較分析法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法等方法對(duì)當(dāng)前高校的公民教育進(jìn)行分析,并通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料分析美國(guó)和加拿大高校的公民教育,得出啟示。提出我國(guó)當(dāng)前公民教育已有經(jīng)驗(yàn)和已取得的成就和不足。當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校對(duì)公民教育的重視度仍然不夠,需要加強(qiáng)重視,需要提高高校公民教育的地位。大學(xué)生的公民意識(shí)仍然淡薄,缺乏社會(huì)服務(wù)意識(shí),并針對(duì)此類問(wèn)題提出幾點(diǎn)實(shí)踐建議。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處首先在于將社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化這一大背景與高校公民教育結(jié)合起來(lái),在社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化浪潮中,高校應(yīng)抓住機(jī)遇,善于使用新興媒體,拓展公民教育手段與渠道,適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化并逐漸促進(jìn)高校公民教育發(fā)展。明確高校公民教育的內(nèi)容,構(gòu)建高校公民教育體系。本研究的創(chuàng)新之處其次在于使用了問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)高校公民教育現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,這在以往研究中并不多見(jiàn),通常對(duì)公民教育的研究多使用文獻(xiàn)法、比較法,而本研究筆者將問(wèn)卷調(diào)查與文獻(xiàn)分析、歷史分析以及比較分析并舉。
[Abstract]:This topic is based on the background of the current socialist modernization, and studies the citizen and civic education in the process of socialist modernization. On the basis of analyzing the connotation of socialist modernization, this paper explains the concept of citizen and civic education, and tries to explain what new demands the society has put forward to citizens in the course of socialist modernization. What new demands and new challenges should be put forward to the civic education in colleges and universities, and the present situation of the implementation of civic education in colleges and universities and the views of college students on the civic education in colleges and universities are analyzed through questionnaire survey. Aiming at the emergence of a series of new things, new problems and new tests in the course of socialist modernization, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development and consolidation of civic education in colleges and universities in the course of modernization. This topic mainly uses the literature research method, the comparative analysis method, the questionnaire method and so on, carries on the analysis to the present university citizenship education, and through consulting the literature analysis American and the Canadian university citizenship education, obtains the enlightenment. The author points out that China's current civic education has its own experience, achievements and shortcomings. At present, colleges and universities in our country still pay less attention to civic education, need to pay more attention to it, and improve the status of civic education in colleges and universities. The citizen consciousness of college students is still weak and lack of social service consciousness, and some practical suggestions are put forward for this kind of problems. The innovation of this study lies in the combination of the background of socialist modernization and civic education in colleges and universities. In the tide of socialist modernization, colleges and universities should seize the opportunity and be good at using new media. Expand the means and channels of civic education, adapt to socialist modernization and gradually promote the development of civic education in colleges and universities. The content of civic education in colleges and universities should be clarified and the system of civic education in colleges and universities should be constructed. The innovation of this study lies in the use of questionnaire to analyze the status of civic education in colleges and universities, which is rarely seen in previous studies. Usually, the literature method and comparative method are often used in the research of civic education. The author of this study combines questionnaire survey with literature analysis, historical analysis and comparative analysis.
