“學(xué)術(shù)硬著陸”:高校文科青年海歸教師的工作適應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:高校海歸教師是留學(xué)歸國人員重要的組成群體,他們知識儲備豐富、國際化視野寬廣。本研究以文科青年教師為例,通過訪談,探索他們進(jìn)入高校后的教學(xué)和科研工作適應(yīng)現(xiàn)狀。研究結(jié)果顯示,部分文科青年海歸教師遭遇"學(xué)術(shù)硬著陸":盡管有教學(xué)熱情,但缺乏必要的教學(xué)技能;課題申請、論文發(fā)表也面臨重重困難,研究進(jìn)展緩慢;此外,文科青年海歸教師對國內(nèi)高校科研評價(jià)與晉升機(jī)制缺乏認(rèn)同。最后根據(jù)訪談結(jié)果探索導(dǎo)致"學(xué)術(shù)硬著陸"的原因,分析影響文科青年海歸教師工作適應(yīng)的因素,并從高校和青年海歸教師的角度提出針對性的建議。
[Abstract]:College returned teachers are an important group of returned students. They have abundant knowledge and broad international vision. This study takes young teachers of liberal arts as an example to explore their adaptation to teaching and scientific research after entering colleges and universities through interviews. The results of the study show that some young liberal arts returned overseas teachers have encountered an "academic hard landing": despite their enthusiasm for teaching, they lack the necessary teaching skills; they face difficulties in applying for the subject, and their research progress is slow. The young returned teachers of liberal arts lack the recognition of the evaluation and promotion mechanism of scientific research in domestic colleges and universities. Finally, according to the results of the interview, this paper explores the causes of the "academic hard landing", analyzes the factors that affect the work adaptability of the young liberal arts returned teachers, and puts forward some suggestions from the perspective of colleges and universities and young overseas returning teachers.
