【摘要】：正當(dāng)前,高校綜合改革存在內(nèi)涵理解不完整、改革責(zé)任不明朗、內(nèi)在動(dòng)力不足、支撐性重點(diǎn)不突出等現(xiàn)象,應(yīng)引起相關(guān)各方的高度重視,分析其深層次原因,有針對(duì)性地聚焦聚力,有效推進(jìn)綜合改革落地生根。突出問(wèn)題(一)內(nèi)涵不完整。深入推進(jìn)新一輪高校綜合改革,需要重新回望改革邏輯的現(xiàn)實(shí)起點(diǎn),全面認(rèn)識(shí)高校綜合改革的內(nèi)涵,再次聚焦高校綜合改革的方向、主體、動(dòng)力和重點(diǎn),進(jìn)而促使改革的主導(dǎo)者、參與者、受益者對(duì)高校綜合改革有正確的判斷和期許,也能為
[Abstract]:At present, the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities has some phenomena, such as incomplete understanding of connotation, unclear responsibility for reform, insufficient internal motive force, lack of supporting emphasis, etc., which should arouse the attention of all parties concerned and analyze its deep-seated causes. Focus specifically on cohesion and effectively promote comprehensive reform to take root. Outstanding question (1) connotation is incomplete. To push forward the new round of comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, we need to look back at the realistic starting point of the logic of reform, fully understand the connotation of comprehensive reform of colleges and universities, and focus again on the direction, subject, motive force and emphasis of comprehensive reform of colleges and universities. Thus, the leaders, participants and beneficiaries of the reform have correct judgment and expectation on the comprehensive reform of colleges and universities.
