【摘要】：高水平行業(yè)特色型大學(xué)是指由原來(lái)中央業(yè)務(wù)主管部門(mén)整建制劃轉(zhuǎn)至中央教育主管部門(mén)的一類(lèi)重點(diǎn)大學(xué)。通過(guò)對(duì)北京地區(qū)16所高水平行業(yè)特色型大學(xué)的組織外部關(guān)系、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展目標(biāo)定位、社會(huì)聲譽(yù)與校訓(xùn)特色、優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)、大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)特點(diǎn)等方面的實(shí)證研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)這一類(lèi)大學(xué)在組織環(huán)境、組織目標(biāo)、組織文化、組織核心技術(shù)、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)等基本組織要素方面,具有與其他類(lèi)型高校不同的組織特質(zhì):與行業(yè)部門(mén)的共生性強(qiáng),建立了多樣化的聯(lián)系機(jī)制;發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展目標(biāo)突出傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科,具有深厚的行業(yè)特色;社會(huì)稱(chēng)譽(yù)偏重行業(yè)認(rèn)可度,校訓(xùn)體現(xiàn)了本行業(yè)的追求和精神,具有鮮明的"實(shí)學(xué)"特色;國(guó)家重點(diǎn)學(xué)科和國(guó)家級(jí)特色專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)大多來(lái)源于傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科,尚處于由單科學(xué)院向多科性大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)型適應(yīng)階段;校長(zhǎng)大多與任職學(xué)校及其優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè)淵源較深�；谘芯拷Y(jié)論,對(duì)高水平特色型大學(xué)未來(lái)發(fā)展提出如下建議:拓展并鞏固與原行業(yè)主管部門(mén)有效的合作渠道;正確處理好傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科與非傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)勢(shì)學(xué)科之間的共生發(fā)展關(guān)系;適當(dāng)調(diào)整該類(lèi)高校校長(zhǎng)的選任視野和任職標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:The high level industry characteristic university is a kind of key university which is transferred from the central business department to the central education department. Based on the empirical research on the relationship between the organization and external, the status quo of development and the orientation of development goals, the social reputation and the characteristics of school motto, the advantages of discipline and specialty, the characteristics of university presidents and so on, the paper makes an empirical study on the characteristics of 16 high-level professional universities in Beijing. It is found that this kind of university has different organizational characteristics from other types of universities in terms of organizational environment, organizational objectives, organizational culture, organizational core technology, organizational leadership and other basic organizational elements: strong symbiosis with industry departments. Has established the diversified contact mechanism, the development present situation and the development goal has highlighted the traditional superiority discipline, has the deep profession characteristic, the social reputation is partial to the profession recognition, the school motto has manifested the profession pursue and the spirit, Most of the construction points of national key disciplines and state-level specialties come from traditional dominant disciplines and are still in the stage of transition from single Academy of Sciences to multi-disciplinary universities. Most principals have deep roots with serving schools and their dominant disciplines. Based on the conclusion of the research, the following suggestions are put forward for the future development of the high-level characteristic university: to expand and consolidate the effective cooperation channels with the former industry competent departments, to correctly handle the symbiotic development relationship between the traditional advantage discipline and the non-traditional advantage discipline; Appropriate adjustment of this kind of university presidents of the field of vision and appointment standards.
