【摘要】：一直以來,人們都將社會機構(gòu)的治理邏輯與大學治理混同使用,這導(dǎo)致大學治理實踐無法真正找到落腳點。實際上,大學治理本身所用的理念和邏輯與其他社會組織是有所不同的,治理的核心問題是解決權(quán)力配置之間的矛盾。從本質(zhì)上分析,大學治理的著力點放在學術(shù)組織內(nèi)外的權(quán)力生態(tài)失衡與運行邏輯的異化上。更確切地說,圍繞權(quán)力展開的治理是人們應(yīng)對諸多問題的一次認知革命。對當下來說,我國大學治理的需求在于創(chuàng)造新的權(quán)力邏輯,降低由精細化管控所帶來的高成本和低效。而在長期,我們應(yīng)重新界定參與治理的權(quán)力主體,通過權(quán)力協(xié)作提高智識生活的質(zhì)量才是大學治理所要實現(xiàn)的最高境界。
[Abstract]:All along, people have mixed the governance logic of social institutions with university governance, which leads to the practice of university governance can not really find a foothold. In fact, the concept and logic of university governance itself is different from that of other social organizations. The core problem of governance is to solve the contradiction between the allocation of power. In essence, the focus of university governance lies in the imbalance of power ecology inside and outside academic organizations and the alienation of operational logic. More precisely, governance around power is a cognitive revolution for people to deal with many problems. At present, the demand of university governance in our country lies in creating new power logic and reducing the high cost and inefficiency brought by fine control. In the long run, we should redefine the main body of power to participate in governance, and improve the quality of intellectual life through power cooperation is the highest level of university governance.
