【摘要】：高等院校是人才培養(yǎng)、文化傳承、學(xué)術(shù)科研創(chuàng)新發(fā)展的主陣地,亦是新思維與新觀念傳播的重要場(chǎng)所。隨著新思潮的不斷滲透和浸入,各類意識(shí)形態(tài)在大學(xué)校園形成了激烈交鋒的局面。為有效應(yīng)對(duì)大學(xué)校園內(nèi)意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭(zhēng)日趨復(fù)雜的新問(wèn)題,高校必須牢牢掌控意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán),引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生形成正確的價(jià)值觀,以防止其在各種意識(shí)形態(tài)沖擊下隨波逐流。因此,加強(qiáng)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的構(gòu)建成為了高校的重要任務(wù)之一。首先,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法,對(duì)西方主流學(xué)者關(guān)于意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的研究,馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家及中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)于意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的思想進(jìn)行了梳理,分析了加強(qiáng)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的意義。其次,從西方意識(shí)形態(tài)滲透給高校意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn),社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)面臨的挑戰(zhàn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)新媒體對(duì)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)帶來(lái)的挑戰(zhàn)等幾個(gè)方面,詳細(xì)闡述了當(dāng)前高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及危害。最后,通過(guò)分析高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)及危害,提出加強(qiáng)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的原則與對(duì)策。加強(qiáng)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)要堅(jiān)持馬克思主義指導(dǎo)、黨管意識(shí)形態(tài)、立德樹(shù)人、改革創(chuàng)新等原則;加強(qiáng)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)可從強(qiáng)化高校黨委對(duì)意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)的認(rèn)識(shí)、建立健全高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)權(quán)機(jī)制、加強(qiáng)高校意識(shí)形態(tài)陣地管理、創(chuàng)新高校意識(shí)形態(tài)工作方式方法等途徑,采取“接地氣”的方式,真正讓馬克思主義意識(shí)形態(tài)深入學(xué)生的心中,形成社會(huì)主義價(jià)值觀。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities are the main position of talent cultivation, cultural inheritance, innovation and development of academic and scientific research, as well as an important place for the dissemination of new ideas and ideas. With the constant infiltration and infiltration of the new ideological trend, various ideologies have formed a fierce confrontation in the university campus. In order to effectively deal with the increasingly complex new problems of ideological struggle in university campus, colleges and universities must firmly control the ideological leadership and guide students to form correct values so as to prevent them from following the current under the impact of various ideologies. Therefore, strengthening the construction of ideological leadership has become one of the important tasks of colleges and universities. First of all, through the method of literature research, this paper combs the main western scholars' research on the leadership of ideological work, the Marxist classic writers and the thought of the leaders of the Communist Party of China about the leadership of ideological work. This paper analyzes the significance of strengthening ideological leadership in colleges and universities. Secondly, from the western ideological infiltration to the ideological leadership of colleges and universities, the challenges faced by the ideological leadership of colleges and universities in the period of social transformation. This paper expounds in detail the challenges and harms faced by the new network media to the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities in some aspects such as the challenges brought about by the leadership of ideological work in colleges and universities. Finally, by analyzing the challenges and harm faced by the ideological leadership in colleges and universities, the paper puts forward the principles and countermeasures to strengthen the ideological leadership in colleges and universities. To strengthen the ideological leadership of colleges and universities, we should adhere to the principles of Marxist guidance, party management of ideology, establishment of morality, reform and innovation, and strengthen ideological leadership in colleges and universities by strengthening the understanding of the leadership of ideological work by the Party committees of colleges and universities. Establishing and perfecting the leadership mechanism of ideological work in colleges and universities, strengthening the management of ideological positions in colleges and universities, innovating the ways and methods of ideological work in colleges and universities, and adopting the "approachable" approach. Let Marxist ideology go deep into students' hearts and form socialist values.
