高�；鶎狱h組織網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)研究

【摘要】：隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)的普及和信息技術(shù)日益發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)己經(jīng)成為大學(xué)生日常生活和學(xué)習(xí)不可或缺的重要組成部分�！吨泄仓醒腙P(guān)于制定國民經(jīng)濟和社會發(fā)展第十三個五年規(guī)劃的建議》強調(diào)要加強網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè),同時對于網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)容、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境等方面的建設(shè)也提出了具體要求。這給高校思想文化的傳播帶來了機遇,同時也面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。這就需要中國共產(chǎn)黨在高校思想文化陣地建設(shè)中充分發(fā)揮領(lǐng)導(dǎo)作用,充分發(fā)揮基層黨組織戰(zhàn)斗堡壘作用和黨員先鋒模范作用,不斷推動自身建設(shè)的同時加強學(xué)習(xí),進而適應(yīng)世界變化和形勢發(fā)展需要。本文研究和分析高�；鶎狱h組織在網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)過程中的運行機制和發(fā)揮作用問題,通過綜合運用文獻研究法、理論分析法、實證分析法等研究方法,總結(jié)出高�；鶎狱h組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)的問題及產(chǎn)生的原因,進而提出解決此問題相應(yīng)的對策和建議。全文由緒論、正文、結(jié)語構(gòu)成。正文共分為三部分:第一部分,研究了高校基層黨組織網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)的一般理論問題,包括思想文化陣地、網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地等基本概念的界定,以及相關(guān)研究的理論判據(jù)和建設(shè)的原則與意義等。第二部分,通過對部分高校網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進行問卷調(diào)查,重點從理論與實踐兩個維度分析了高�；鶎狱h組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)陣地建設(shè)的問題。第三部分,針對高�；鶎狱h組織網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)中存在的問題探討其成因,即來自于全球化、市場化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、空心化四個方面的影響。第四部分,進一步提出加強高校基層黨組織網(wǎng)上思想文化陣地建設(shè)的主要對策,這是撰寫本文的出發(fā)點和歸宿。本文提出了:提高思想認識,尋求路徑鞏固無形陣地;加強網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),探索渠道完善有形陣地;強化環(huán)境營造,引導(dǎo)輿論促進陣地建設(shè)等三點新愿景。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of the network and the development of information technology, The Internet has become an indispensable part of college students' daily life and study. The proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 13th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development stresses the need to strengthen the construction of ideological and cultural positions on the Internet. At the same time for the network content, network culture, network environment and other aspects of the construction also put forward specific requirements. This brings opportunities to the spread of ideology and culture in colleges and universities, but also faces challenges. This requires the Communist Party of China to give full play to its leading role in the ideological and cultural front building in colleges and universities, to give full play to the role of basic-level party organizations as fighting bastions and to the role of party members as a vanguard and to constantly promote their own construction while strengthening their learning. Then adapts to the world change and the situation development need. This paper studies and analyzes the operation mechanism and function of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level in the construction of ideological and cultural positions on the Internet. Through the comprehensive use of literature research, theoretical analysis, empirical analysis and other research methods, This paper summarizes the problems and causes in the construction of ideological and cultural positions of the leaders of the grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems. The full text is composed of introduction, text and conclusion. The text is divided into three parts: the first part studies the general theoretical problems of the ideological and cultural position construction of the grass-roots Party organizations in colleges and universities, including the definition of the basic concepts such as ideological and cultural positions, ideological and cultural positions on the Internet, and so on. And the related theoretical criteria and construction of the principles and significance. In the second part, through the questionnaire survey on the status quo of ideological and cultural position construction on the Internet in some colleges and universities, the author analyzes the problems in the construction of the leadership position of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities from the two aspects of theory and practice. The third part discusses the causes of the problems in the construction of the ideological and cultural position of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, that is, from the four aspects of globalization, marketization, networking, and emptiness. The fourth part further puts forward the main countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and cultural position construction of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities, which is the starting point and destination of writing this article. This paper puts forward three new visions: improving ideological understanding, seeking ways to consolidate invisible positions, strengthening network construction, exploring channels to perfect visible positions, strengthening environment construction, guiding public opinion to promote position construction, and so on.
