【摘要】：大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力是一個(gè)復(fù)合性、發(fā)展性的概念,就業(yè)能力提升受多方面因素的影響,其中高校人才培養(yǎng)過程是大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的重要影響因素。本研究采用自主開發(fā)就業(yè)能力及提升研究工具,對全國64所高校的2571份有效樣本進(jìn)行回歸分析,提煉出高校人才培養(yǎng)過程中大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力提升的影響因素。研究得出高校人才培養(yǎng)過程中影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的因素有8個(gè)方面,即目標(biāo)與戰(zhàn)略、專業(yè)設(shè)置與課程體系、職業(yè)指導(dǎo)、校企合作、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、校園文化、教學(xué)能力、評價(jià)與激勵(lì),并驗(yàn)證了大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力提升各維度對就業(yè)能力產(chǎn)生不同程度的影響力,其中專業(yè)設(shè)置、職業(yè)規(guī)劃、評價(jià)激勵(lì)、校園文化、教學(xué)能力5個(gè)維度是影響大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力的最關(guān)鍵因素,基于此提出高校大學(xué)生就業(yè)能力提升策略。
[Abstract]:The employment ability of college students is a complex and developmental concept. The promotion of employment ability is affected by many factors, among which the process of talent cultivation is an important factor in the employment ability of college students. In this study, 2571 effective samples of 64 colleges and universities in China were analyzed by using self-developed employability and promotion research tools, and the influencing factors of college students' employability improvement in the process of talent training were extracted. It is concluded that there are eight factors that affect the employability of college students in the process of talent training, namely, goal and strategy, specialty setting and curriculum system, career guidance, cooperation between school and enterprise, innovation of entrepreneurship education, campus culture, teaching ability. Evaluation and incentive, and verify the employment ability of college students to enhance the employment ability of different dimensions of influence on the employability, including professional settings, career planning, evaluation incentives, campus culture, Five dimensions of teaching ability are the most important factors affecting the employment ability of college students. Based on this, the strategies of improving college students' employment ability are put forward.
