湖北師范大學(xué)“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀及策略研究
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the development stage of talent powerful country, establishing an outstanding teacher team is the key to improve the quality of talent training. In order to develop excellent teachers in basic education in line with economic development and social needs, the Ministry of Education decided in September 2014 to launch fully the excellent teacher training Programme, in December 2014, The General Office of the Ministry of Education has identified 80 reform projects for the training plan of outstanding teachers in East China normal University, such as the "excellent Middle School Teachers' Open cultivation Program". In 2015, Hubei normal University, in accordance with the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education, In accordance with the trend of teacher education reform in normal colleges and universities, the "excellent teacher training Program" is carried out in the teachers' colleges and departments to promote the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the "excellent teacher training Plan" of colleges and universities in China in recent years, this paper will analyze the present situation of the implementation of "excellent teacher training Plan" in Hubei normal University, and think about the problems in its implementation process. In order to provide suggestions and methods for the reform and development of local normal colleges and universities, this paper explores practical and feasible strategies of "excellent teacher training Plan" in local normal universities. Therefore, this paper is based on Hubei normal University, based on Bergson's philosophy of life, teacher professional development and teacher professional development as theoretical guidance, supplemented by literature review, questionnaire, interview and observation methods, and so on. Discuss from six parts. In the first part, the author summarizes the source of the research and related research, clarifies the direction and purpose of this study, expounds the research methods, research significance, research ideas, and so on. In the second part, the related concepts of this study are defined and the relevant contents of this study are clarified. In the third part, the theoretical basis of this study is expounded, and the enlightenment of Bergson's philosophy of life and teacher's professional development to the cultivation of outstanding teachers is analyzed. The fourth part expounds the actualization status of Hubei normal University's "excellent teacher training Plan", and refines the effective ways and means of cultivating outstanding teachers. The fifth part, through the questionnaire survey and interview method, to understand the curriculum of "excellent teacher class" and the teaching ability of normal students, so as to understand the implementation effect of "excellent teacher training plan". This paper analyzes the problems existing in the excellent teacher training Program. In the sixth part, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve the problems in the implementation of the excellent teacher training Plan.
