湖北師范大學(xué)“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀及策略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,我國(guó)正處于人才強(qiáng)國(guó)的發(fā)展階段,建立一支卓越的教師隊(duì)伍是提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。為培養(yǎng)符合經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)需求的基礎(chǔ)教育優(yōu)秀教師,教育部于2014年9月決定全面啟動(dòng)實(shí)施“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”,2014年12月,教育部辦公廳確定華東師范大學(xué)“德業(yè)雙修的卓越中學(xué)教師開(kāi)放式養(yǎng)成計(jì)劃”等80個(gè)卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃改革項(xiàng)目。2015年,湖北師范大學(xué)根據(jù)教育部文件精神,順應(yīng)高等師范院校教師教育改革的趨勢(shì),在各個(gè)院系的師范專業(yè)推行“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”,促進(jìn)創(chuàng)新型人才的培養(yǎng)。本文將以國(guó)內(nèi)近幾年高校的“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”為背景,分析湖北師范大學(xué)“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)其實(shí)施過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行思考,探索地方高師院校“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”現(xiàn)實(shí)可行的策略,以便為地方高師院校的改革與發(fā)展提供可借鑒的建議和方法。據(jù)此,本文立足于湖北師范大學(xué),以柏格森的生命哲學(xué)和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展為理論指導(dǎo),輔用文獻(xiàn)查閱法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法以及觀察法等研究方法,從六大部分展開(kāi)討論。第一部分,對(duì)本研究的課題來(lái)源、相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,明確本研究的方向和目的,闡述本研究的研究方法、研究意義、研究思路等。第二部分,對(duì)本研究的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行界定,明晰本研究的相關(guān)內(nèi)容。第三部分,對(duì)本研究的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行闡述,分析柏格森的生命哲學(xué)和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展對(duì)卓越教師培養(yǎng)的啟示。第四部分,闡述湖北師范大學(xué)“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀,提煉培養(yǎng)卓越教師的有效方法和途徑。第五部分,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法了解“卓越教師班”的課程設(shè)置和師范生的教學(xué)能力,從而了解“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”的實(shí)施效果,分析“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”存在的問(wèn)題。第六部分,針對(duì)“卓越教師培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的策略。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the development stage of talent powerful country, establishing an outstanding teacher team is the key to improve the quality of talent training. In order to develop excellent teachers in basic education in line with economic development and social needs, the Ministry of Education decided in September 2014 to launch fully the excellent teacher training Programme, in December 2014, The General Office of the Ministry of Education has identified 80 reform projects for the training plan of outstanding teachers in East China normal University, such as the "excellent Middle School Teachers' Open cultivation Program". In 2015, Hubei normal University, in accordance with the spirit of the documents of the Ministry of Education, In accordance with the trend of teacher education reform in normal colleges and universities, the "excellent teacher training Program" is carried out in the teachers' colleges and departments to promote the cultivation of innovative talents. Based on the "excellent teacher training Plan" of colleges and universities in China in recent years, this paper will analyze the present situation of the implementation of "excellent teacher training Plan" in Hubei normal University, and think about the problems in its implementation process. In order to provide suggestions and methods for the reform and development of local normal colleges and universities, this paper explores practical and feasible strategies of "excellent teacher training Plan" in local normal universities. Therefore, this paper is based on Hubei normal University, based on Bergson's philosophy of life, teacher professional development and teacher professional development as theoretical guidance, supplemented by literature review, questionnaire, interview and observation methods, and so on. Discuss from six parts. In the first part, the author summarizes the source of the research and related research, clarifies the direction and purpose of this study, expounds the research methods, research significance, research ideas, and so on. In the second part, the related concepts of this study are defined and the relevant contents of this study are clarified. In the third part, the theoretical basis of this study is expounded, and the enlightenment of Bergson's philosophy of life and teacher's professional development to the cultivation of outstanding teachers is analyzed. The fourth part expounds the actualization status of Hubei normal University's "excellent teacher training Plan", and refines the effective ways and means of cultivating outstanding teachers. The fifth part, through the questionnaire survey and interview method, to understand the curriculum of "excellent teacher class" and the teaching ability of normal students, so as to understand the implementation effect of "excellent teacher training plan". This paper analyzes the problems existing in the excellent teacher training Program. In the sixth part, the author puts forward the corresponding strategies to solve the problems in the implementation of the excellent teacher training Plan.
