【摘要】：創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的爭(zhēng)議主要源于對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的層次和目的的誤解。本文首先介紹了創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的三個(gè)層次、目的、對(duì)象以及創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的時(shí)滯效應(yīng)。然后依據(jù)計(jì)劃行為理論構(gòu)建了測(cè)度通識(shí)型創(chuàng)業(yè)教育有效性的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,并對(duì)通識(shí)型創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的有效性進(jìn)行實(shí)證。通過對(duì)香港3所高校411名參加過通識(shí)型創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和沒有參加過創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的本科學(xué)生的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的驗(yàn)證,發(fā)現(xiàn)參加過創(chuàng)業(yè)教育樣本組的創(chuàng)業(yè)興趣、社會(huì)聲譽(yù)、創(chuàng)業(yè)能力及創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿的均值明顯高于未參加過創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的樣本組。得出結(jié)論,通識(shí)型創(chuàng)業(yè)教育能夠有效地提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)興趣、社會(huì)聲譽(yù)和創(chuàng)業(yè)能力,進(jìn)而提高學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意愿。
[Abstract]:The controversy about the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education is mainly due to misunderstanding of the level and purpose of entrepreneurship education. This paper first introduces the three levels, objectives, objects and the delay effect of entrepreneurship education. Then, according to the theory of planning behavior, the structural equation model is constructed to measure the effectiveness of general entrepreneurship education, and the effectiveness of general entrepreneurship education is demonstrated. By verifying the survey data of 411 undergraduate students who have participated in general entrepreneurship education and those who have not participated in entrepreneurship education in three universities in Hong Kong, we find that they have participated in the entrepreneurial interest and social reputation of the entrepreneurship education sample group. The mean value of entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial will was significantly higher than that of the sample group that had not participated in entrepreneurship education. It is concluded that general entrepreneurship education can effectively improve students' interest in entrepreneurship, social reputation and entrepreneurial ability, and then improve students' willingness to start a business.
