XJ學院獎助學金資助管理方案改進研究

【摘要】：隨著高校的大規(guī)模擴招,近年來有機會讀大學的學生也越來越多,所以高校中家庭貧困學生數量也在遞增,這種狀況受到了社會各界的廣泛關注。為了獎勵品學兼優(yōu)的優(yōu)秀學生和減輕貧困學生上學期間的經濟壓力,國家陸續(xù)出臺了一系列高校學生獎助學金資助政策與措施。與此同時獎助學金在評選發(fā)放過程中也出現(xiàn)了一些突出的問題,需要對獎助學金管理方案進行改進和完善。本文以XJ學院獎助學金資助管理方案改進為研究對象,圍繞主題在闡述了研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究內容和方法及論文框架圖基礎上,綜述了國內外研究現(xiàn)狀、國家獎助學金相關概念與基本理論;展示了 XJ學院的概況,分析了 XJ學院獎助學金資助管理工作中存在的問題,包括評定機構和主體缺位、客體準確界定有困難、評定過程風氣不正和評定結果反饋機制缺失等方面的問題,進而闡釋了問題存在的原因,包括評選工作重視不充分、書院間評選標準不統(tǒng)一、監(jiān)督與處罰機制不健全、宣傳教育工作不到位等方面的原因;針對存在的問題和原因制定了系統(tǒng)的改進方案。從指導思想和指導原則入手,提出以下要做出改進的內容,設立穩(wěn)定的評定機構與主體、制定明確的客體認定條件、營造公平公正的評選氛圍、跟蹤調查受助學生學習情況,確定了 XJ學院獎助學金資助管理方案改進過程中的重要環(huán)節(jié);最后分析了改進方案實施過程中可能會出現(xiàn)的問題,并從充分重視評選工作、確立統(tǒng)一的評選標準、健全監(jiān)督和處罰機制、落實宣傳教育工作等方面提出了保障措施。本文通過對XJ學院獎助學金資助管理方案改進的研究,一方面有助于獎勵真正優(yōu)秀學生和貧困學生,對其他學生起到激勵的作用;另一方面方案改進后,有利于營造公平、公正、公開的獎學金評選環(huán)境,從而有利于XJ學院的健康良性發(fā)展。同時也希望能夠為其他民辦高校獎助學金資助管理工作提供可供參考的依據和借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the large-scale enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, there are more and more students who have the opportunity to read university in recent years, so the number of poor students in Colleges and universities is increasing. This situation has attracted wide attention from all walks of life. In order to reward excellent students and reduce the economic pressure of poor students in the last semester, the state has successively introduced At the same time, some outstanding problems have also appeared in the process of the award and grant, and the management scheme of the scholarship grants should be improved and perfected. This paper is based on the research background and research background on the theme of XJ college award. On the basis of the purpose and significance, the research content, the method and the paper frame drawing, this paper summarizes the current research status at home and abroad, the related concepts and basic theories of the national scholarships, shows the general situation of the XJ college, and analyzes the problems in the management of the grant grants for the XJ Academy Award, including the absence of the evaluation institutions and the subject, and the accurate definition of the object. The reasons for the problems are explained, including inadequate attention, ununified evaluation standards, imperfect supervision and punishment mechanism and inadequate publicity and education, and the problems and reasons for the existence of the problems and reasons. On the basis of guiding ideology and guiding principles, this paper puts forward the following contents: the following contents should be made, the stable evaluation institutions and subjects are set up, the definite condition of the object is set up, the atmosphere of fair and fair evaluation is created, the study situation of the students who have been investigated is tracked and the improvement of the management scheme of the XJ scholarship Grants Fund is determined. It will help to reward real and poor students and play an incentive to other students. On the other hand, after the improvement of the program, it is beneficial to create a fair, fair and open scholarship selection environment, which is beneficial to the healthy development of the XJ college.
