改革開放以來高等學(xué)校人事政策的演變趨勢

【摘要】:改革開放以來,國家出臺的一系列高等學(xué)校人事政策和相關(guān)法規(guī),對高等教育事業(yè)的改革發(fā)展起到了重要的推動作用。從職稱評審、編制管理、崗位設(shè)置、考核評價(jià)、薪酬制定、教師任用六個方面,對高校人事政策進(jìn)行分類縱向梳理,展現(xiàn)其各自演變過程及內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并對改革方向和改革路徑進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, a series of personnel policies and related laws and regulations of higher education have played an important role in the reform and development of higher education. From six aspects of professional title evaluation, establishment management, post setting, assessment and evaluation, salary formulation and teacher appointment, this paper classifies and combs the personnel policies of colleges and universities in order to show their respective evolution process and internal relations. And the reform direction and reform path are analyzed.
