G學院“軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地”人才培養(yǎng)實踐與成效研究

【摘要】:實踐基地是高校實施實踐教學的重要依托,是增強學生綜合素質、保障教學質量的重要支撐,是高校培養(yǎng)應用型人才和企業(yè)培育滿足自身所需人才的共贏平臺。G學院"軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地"是依托學院原有的軟件創(chuàng)業(yè)中心和網絡中心組建的一個計算機類專業(yè)實踐訓練基地,以培養(yǎng)高素質應用型人才為核心目標,服務學生成長成才,服務學院轉型發(fā)展。本研究以G學院"軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地"人才培養(yǎng)實踐為研究對象,從實踐基地的建設緣起、發(fā)展脈絡、人才培養(yǎng)目標及要求、運行機制、教育活動等方面入手,綜合采用文獻研究法和訪談調查法進行調研,歸納實踐基地主要的實踐效果,指出其發(fā)展過程中遇到的困境,并嘗試針對困境提出相應的發(fā)展建議,旨在完善實踐基地人才培養(yǎng)模式,并且為同類校內實踐基地的研究和發(fā)展提供事實性依據。本研究所得主要結論如下:1.G學院軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地的人才培養(yǎng)實踐取得了一定的成效:提高了基地學員的知識儲備、能力水平、綜合素質和社會競爭力;推動了學院信息化建設和人才培養(yǎng)模式的改革,受到了校內外學者的高度評價;產生了一定的經濟社會效益。2.G學院軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地仍處于組建初期,面臨著一定的困境,如學員年級結構不盡合理、部分低年級學員學習熱情不足,專業(yè)教師人數(shù)較少,部分組織機構仍未整合,管理制度不夠規(guī)范,課程體系不夠完善,缺乏有效的評價體系和質量監(jiān)控機制。3.在理念和理論的關照下,從人才培養(yǎng)模式的整體框架上進行設計,針對實踐基地的人才培養(yǎng)目標及要求、課程體系、師資配置、運行機制、教學組織形式與方法、有效的評價和質量監(jiān)控體系這六個教育要素,提出進一步提高軟件創(chuàng)新與工程實踐基地人才培養(yǎng)質量的發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:The practice base is an important support for the implementation of practical teaching in colleges and universities, as well as an important support for enhancing the students' comprehensive quality and ensuring the teaching quality. It is a win-win platform for colleges and universities to cultivate applied talents and enterprises to meet their needs. G College "Software Innovation and Engineering practice Base" is a calculation based on the original software entrepreneurship center and network center of the college. Practice training Base for Mechanical Specialty, To cultivate high-quality applied talents as the core goal, to serve the growth of students, service the transformation and development of the college. This research takes "Software Innovation and Engineering practice Base" as the research object, starting with the construction of practice base, the development of the base, the goal and requirement of talent training, the running mechanism, the educational activities and so on. This paper summarizes the main practical effects of the practice base, points out the difficulties encountered in the course of its development, and tries to put forward corresponding development suggestions for the difficulties. The purpose of this paper is to perfect the training mode of talents in practical bases and to provide the factual basis for the research and development of similar practice bases in schools. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: 1. The talent training practice in the software innovation and engineering practice base of G College has achieved certain results: the knowledge reserve, ability level, comprehensive quality and social competitiveness of the students in the base have been improved; It has promoted the reform of college information construction and talent training mode, and has been highly appraised by scholars inside and outside the university, and has produced certain economic and social benefits. 2. The software innovation and engineering practice base of the college is still in the initial stage of establishment. Facing some difficulties, such as unreasonable grade structure, lack of enthusiasm of some junior students, small number of professional teachers, unconformity of some organizations, inadequate management system, inadequate curriculum system, etc. Lack of effective evaluation system and quality control mechanism. Under the consideration of the idea and theory, this paper designs the talent training model from the whole frame, aiming at the training target and requirement of the practice base, the course system, the teacher configuration, the running mechanism, the teaching organization form and the method. The effective evaluation and quality monitoring system are the six educational elements, and some suggestions are put forward to further improve the software innovation and the quality of talent training in engineering practice base.
