隱性知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效影響機(jī)理的研究

【摘要】:高�?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)作為一種特殊的組織形式,不僅承載著學(xué)校絕大部分的科研任務(wù),同時(shí)也承擔(dān)部分企業(yè)和國(guó)家的課題研究。隱性知識(shí)作為知識(shí)管理研究的熱點(diǎn),同時(shí)也是知識(shí)管理研究的難點(diǎn)。已有研究表明,在整個(gè)知識(shí)體系中絕大部分是隱性知識(shí),隱性知識(shí)是團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力和源泉。因此將高�?蒲袌F(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)和隱性知識(shí)管理兩者有效結(jié)合,進(jìn)而提高團(tuán)隊(duì)創(chuàng)新績(jī)效是一項(xiàng)十分重要的工作。
[Abstract]:As a special form of organization, the scientific research team not only carries most of the research tasks of the university, but also undertakes the research of some enterprises and countries. Tacit knowledge, as a hot topic in knowledge management, is also a difficult point in knowledge management. Studies have shown that tacit knowledge is the majority of the whole knowledge system, and tacit knowledge is the driving force and source of team innovation. Therefore, it is very important to combine scientific research team building and tacit knowledge management to improve team innovation performance.
