營商環(huán)境對蘭州市高校學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響分析

【摘要】:蘭州市人口約400萬,大部分集中在黃河兩岸。面積約13085.6平方公里,適合人居住的面積有限。城區(qū)有12個(gè)本科院校,每年有大量的學(xué)生面臨畢業(yè),大部分學(xué)生畢業(yè)很難落實(shí)自己的工作,畢業(yè)就失業(yè)的問題嚴(yán)重。如何改變目前大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題,是否有學(xué)生畢業(yè)選擇去創(chuàng)業(yè),哪些因素限制了大學(xué)生去創(chuàng)業(yè)。針對這個(gè)問題對高校大學(xué)生進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,以此來得出影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的限制因素。本文采用對蘭州市的12所高校501名全日制學(xué)生進(jìn)行隨機(jī)調(diào)查,首先對學(xué)校人數(shù)做了系統(tǒng)了解,根據(jù)人數(shù)的不同按比例確定發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷,對每一個(gè)學(xué)校的不同專業(yè)做了具體的調(diào)查,根據(jù)人數(shù)配發(fā)相應(yīng)的調(diào)查問卷。被調(diào)查對象采取隨機(jī)調(diào)查的方法,調(diào)查問卷共有27個(gè)問題,每個(gè)問題針對學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)影響因素設(shè)定,其中兩個(gè)問題設(shè)定為被解釋變量其余為解釋變量。通過對25個(gè)變量的處理,其中部分變量具有共線性,所以提取出了幾個(gè)核心影響因素來解釋營商環(huán)境對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)意向的影響程度。通過線性回歸模型,Logit模型和Probit模型對影響大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的相關(guān)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果得出指標(biāo)蘭州市的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、蘭州創(chuàng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況、大學(xué)生對創(chuàng)業(yè)政策的了解、學(xué)校對學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)采取的措施、大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)優(yōu)惠政策等指標(biāo)對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)有著顯著的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上需要政府的配套政策對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)給予幫扶,加大政策宣傳力度,設(shè)立相應(yīng)的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)平臺,改變家庭觀念,學(xué)校開創(chuàng)關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)等相關(guān)課程,鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)。在政府政策和社會(huì)大環(huán)境下共同為大學(xué)生營造良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Lanzhou has a population of about 4 million, mostly on both sides of the Yellow River. The area is about 13085.6 square kilometers and the area suitable for human habitation is limited. There are 12 undergraduate colleges and universities in the city, and a large number of students are facing graduation every year. It is difficult for most students to carry out their work after graduation, and the problem of unemployment on graduation is serious. How to change the current employment of college students, whether there are students to choose to start a business, what factors limit the university students to start a business. In view of this problem, the author investigates the college students to find out the restrictive factors that affect the university students' entrepreneurship. In this paper, a random survey of 501 full-time students in 12 universities in Lanzhou City was carried out. First of all, we made a systematic understanding of the number of students, and decided to distribute the questionnaire according to the different proportion of the number of students. A specific survey was conducted on different majors in each school, and a corresponding questionnaire was distributed according to the number of students. The subjects adopted the method of random investigation. There were 27 questions in the questionnaire. Each question was set for the influencing factors of students' entrepreneurship, and two of the questions were set as explained variables and others as explanatory variables. Through the treatment of 25 variables, some of them are collinear, so several core factors are extracted to explain the influence of business environment on college students' entrepreneurial intention. By means of linear regression model, logit model and probit model, this paper analyzes the related indexes that affect college students' entrepreneurship. The results show that Lanzhou's entrepreneurial environment, the advantages of Lanzhou's entrepreneurship, the economic situation of families, the college students' understanding of entrepreneurial policies, and the measures taken by schools for students to start their own businesses, The preferential policies for college students' entrepreneurship have a significant impact on college students' entrepreneurship. On this basis, it is necessary for the government to give support to college students' entrepreneurship, to increase the publicity of the policy, to set up the corresponding platform for college students' entrepreneurship, to change their family concepts, to create relevant courses on entrepreneurship in schools, and to encourage college students to start their own businesses. In the government policy and social environment to create a good environment for college students.
