【摘要】："加強(qiáng)大學(xué)世界拓展力事業(yè)"是日本文部科學(xué)省于2011年開始新推出的高等教育國(guó)際化項(xiàng)目。該項(xiàng)目力圖通過與國(guó)外大學(xué)合作實(shí)施學(xué)生交流和互換,以培養(yǎng)全球化人才,增強(qiáng)日本高等教育的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和影響力,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)為國(guó)家的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略服務(wù)。"加強(qiáng)大學(xué)世界拓展力事業(yè)"在國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略中的角色定位、校際合作、學(xué)生交流等方面都體現(xiàn)了不同于此前高等教育國(guó)際化項(xiàng)目的特色。目前,該項(xiàng)目也取得了一定成果,通過區(qū)域化合作明確了為國(guó)家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略服務(wù)的目的;通過完善校際合作交流體系提升了高等教育國(guó)際化水平;通過提升學(xué)生派遣的實(shí)效性增強(qiáng)了日本學(xué)生的國(guó)際參與意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:"strengthening the University World Development" is a new higher education internationalization project launched by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology of Japan in 2011. The project aims to foster global talent, enhance the international competitiveness and influence of Japan's higher education, and ultimately serve the country's development strategy by cooperating with foreign universities to carry out student exchanges and exchanges. " The role orientation, cooperation between schools and student exchange in the national strategy to strengthen the university's world expansion have all reflected the characteristics different from those of the previous internationalization projects of higher education. At present, the project has also achieved certain results, through regional cooperation to clarify the purpose of serving the national development strategy, through the improvement of inter-school cooperation and exchange system to enhance the level of internationalization of higher education; By enhancing the effectiveness of student dispatch, Japanese students' international participation consciousness is enhanced.
