【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國的思想政治教育取得了一定的成效,但仍有很多需要解決的問題,思想政治教育的實(shí)效性亟待提高。如今很多領(lǐng)域都在關(guān)注人的需要,探討人的需要的滿足問題,思想政治教育也應(yīng)該要關(guān)注人的需要,因?yàn)槿说男枰侨藗冞M(jìn)行一切實(shí)踐活動的前提,也是人們接受思想政治教育的動力,人的合理需要的滿足程度影響著思想政治教育的實(shí)際效果。而且隨著時(shí)代的變化和社會的發(fā)展,人的需要也是不斷變化發(fā)展的。因此,高校思想政治教育能否關(guān)注和滿足大學(xué)生的合理需要,是影響其實(shí)效性的關(guān)鍵。面對大學(xué)生日益豐富的需要,高校應(yīng)該將大學(xué)生的個(gè)體需要與社會需要結(jié)合起來,完善教育過程,拓展教育途徑,滿足大學(xué)生的合理需要,使思想政治教育能夠?yàn)榇髮W(xué)生所接受。同時(shí)高校應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生需要的教育和引導(dǎo),促進(jìn)大學(xué)生的全面健康發(fā)展,從根本上來增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。本文主要分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分是人的需要的理論闡釋。首先闡釋了中國傳統(tǒng)文化、西方文化以及馬克思主義哲學(xué)中對人的需要內(nèi)涵的不同理解,然后說明了人的需要的四種特征,以及需要對社會發(fā)展和個(gè)體發(fā)展的意義,為接下來的研究提供堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是人的需要與高校思想政治教育的關(guān)系。首先闡述了人的需要是高校思想政治教育存在和發(fā)展的內(nèi)驅(qū)力,包括人的需要是高校思想政治教育的人性基礎(chǔ),是它發(fā)展的動力和價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的依據(jù)。然后闡述了高校思想政治教育是引導(dǎo)和滿足人的需要的重要途徑,包括高校思想政治教育能夠引導(dǎo)人的物質(zhì)性需要合理發(fā)展,能夠豐富人的精神性需要,能夠滿足人的社會性需要。第三部分是人的需要視域下高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的現(xiàn)狀分析。首先在調(diào)查問卷的基礎(chǔ)上來分析大學(xué)生需要的現(xiàn)狀,包括良好方面和存在問題。然后分析高校思想政治教育在關(guān)注和滿足大學(xué)生需要方面做得好的地方與不足之處,它的良好態(tài)勢:開始關(guān)注大學(xué)生的基本生活需要和社會實(shí)踐需要,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的個(gè)體需要與社會需要相結(jié)合;它仍存在的問題:教育者對大學(xué)生需要的關(guān)注不夠,教育目標(biāo)未能體現(xiàn)大學(xué)生需要的層次性,教育內(nèi)容和方法未能滿足大學(xué)生的差異性需要和發(fā)展性需要。最后結(jié)合大學(xué)生的需要,從傳統(tǒng)需要思想、社會需要觀念、家庭需要觀念、高校文化建設(shè)和大學(xué)生自身需要意識方面分析存在問題的原因,為增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性奠定基礎(chǔ)。第四部分是人的需要視域下增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性的策略探析。通過分析存在問題及原因,認(rèn)為高校思想政治教育應(yīng)該關(guān)注和滿足大學(xué)生的合理需要,教育理念要以學(xué)生為本,教育目標(biāo)要關(guān)注大學(xué)生的層次需要,教育內(nèi)容要尊重大學(xué)生的差異需要,教育方法要注重大學(xué)生的發(fā)展需要,而且社會、家庭也要關(guān)注大學(xué)生需要,與高校形成教育合力,不斷增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:At present, the ideological and political education in our country has achieved certain results, but there are still a lot of problems to be solved. The effectiveness of Ideological and political education needs to be improved. Nowadays, many fields are paying attention to the needs of people, discussing the satisfaction of people's needs, and the ideological and political education should also pay attention to the needs of people, because people need people to do it. The premise of all practical activities is also the motive force for people to accept ideological and political education. The satisfaction degree of people's reasonable needs affects the actual effect of Ideological and political education. And with the change of the times and the development of the society, the needs of people are constantly changing and developing. In the face of the increasingly rich needs of college students, colleges and universities should combine the individual needs of college students with social needs, improve the educational process, expand the way of education, meet the reasonable needs of college students, and make the ideological and political education acceptable for college students. Meanwhile, universities should strengthen the University. The education and guidance of students need to promote the comprehensive and healthy development of college students and enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. This article is divided into four parts: the first part is the theoretical interpretation of human needs. First, it explains the traditional Chinese culture, western culture and the connotation of human needs in the philosophy of Marx. Different understandings, then explain the four characteristics of human needs, and the significance of social development and individual development, and provide a solid theoretical basis for the next research. The second part is the relationship between human needs and ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. First, the needs of human beings are the internal drive of the existence and development of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Force, including human needs, is the basis of human nature of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, the motive force of its development and the basis for realizing its value. Then it is stated that ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is an important way to guide and meet the needs of human beings, including the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities to guide the physical and qualitative development of human beings and to enrich the spirit of the people. It is necessary to meet the social needs of people. The third part is the current situation analysis of the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities from the perspective of human needs. First, it analyzes the present situation of College Students' needs, including good aspects and problems on the basis of the questionnaire, and then analyzes the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities to pay attention to and satisfy the needs of college students. The good situation and shortcomings, its good posture: begin to pay attention to the basic needs of the college students and the needs of social practice, to guide the individual needs of the college students to combine with the social needs; the problems still exist: the educators have not paid enough attention to the needs of the students, and the educational goals fail to reflect the hierarchy of the needs of the college students. The content and method can not meet the differences and development needs of college students. Finally, the reasons for the problems are analyzed in terms of traditional needs, social needs, family needs, university culture construction and college students' own needs, which are based on the needs of college students, and lay the foundation for strengthening the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The fourth part is the strategy of strengthening the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in universities and colleges. Through the analysis of the existing problems and reasons, it is believed that the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities should pay attention to and satisfy the reasonable needs of the college students. The educational concept should be based on the students, the educational goals should pay attention to the needs of the university students and the content of the education. To respect the needs of College Students' differences, the education method should pay attention to the needs of the development of college students, and the society, the family should pay attention to the needs of the university students, and form the joint force with the colleges and universities, and constantly enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
