【摘要】："世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科"建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略的提出,旨在提升我國(guó)高校的綜合實(shí)力和國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,是我國(guó)高等教育發(fā)展到一定歷史階段的現(xiàn)實(shí)選擇,是對(duì)一流大學(xué)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的校正,與高等教育多元化發(fā)展目標(biāo)相契合。世界一流大學(xué)不僅是一國(guó)高等教育綜合實(shí)力的標(biāo)志,也是綜合國(guó)力的重要體現(xiàn),對(duì)整個(gè)國(guó)家的科技、文化、社會(huì)、教育,都起引導(dǎo)作用。世界一流大學(xué)是通過(guò)長(zhǎng)期的歷史積累形成的,而且是以一流學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)而建成的。在當(dāng)前"雙一流"建設(shè)中,我國(guó)不同類型高校的目標(biāo)應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)多元化的選擇,促使高水平高層次大學(xué)、普通高校和應(yīng)用型大學(xué)分別朝著"世界一流"的目標(biāo)努力。
[Abstract]:The construction strategy of "world-class universities and first-rate disciplines" aims to promote the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness of Chinese universities, is the realistic choice for the development of higher education in China to a certain historical stage, and is the correction of the development goals of first-class universities. The goal of diversification of higher education coincides with that of higher education. The world-class university is not only the symbol of the comprehensive strength of a country's higher education, but also an important embodiment of the comprehensive national strength. It plays a leading role in science and technology, culture, society and education of the whole country. World-class universities are formed through long-term historical accumulation and are based on top-class disciplines. In the current construction of "double first-class", the goal of different types of colleges and universities in our country should embody the choice of diversification, and promote the high level and high level universities, ordinary universities and applied universities to work towards the goal of "world first class" respectively.
