【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育是具有中國特色的高等教育思想,對普及化高等教育發(fā)展具有重大意義,主要表現(xiàn)在有助于全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量,發(fā)展個性化的高等教育和加強(qiáng)高等教育適應(yīng)國家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的能力。高等教育普及化階段的素質(zhì)教育具有鮮明的特點(diǎn),包括中國特色、多樣性、適應(yīng)性和文化性等。在高等教育普及化階段,實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育可以采取的策略有:以素質(zhì)教育思想整合其他高等教育思想,完善以個性化教育為基礎(chǔ)的人才培養(yǎng)方案,大力發(fā)展師生學(xué)習(xí)共同體,以及營造素質(zhì)教育的文化環(huán)境等。
[Abstract]:Quality education is the thought of higher education with Chinese characteristics, which is of great significance to the development of universal higher education, which is mainly manifested in its contribution to the overall improvement of the quality of higher education. Develop individualized higher education and strengthen the ability of higher education to adapt to the economic and social development of the country. The quality education in the stage of popularization of higher education has distinct characteristics, including Chinese characteristics, diversity, adaptability and culture. In the stage of popularization of higher education, the strategies that can be adopted to implement quality education are as follows: integrating other higher education ideas with the thought of quality education, perfecting the talent training scheme based on individualized education, and vigorously developing the learning community of teachers and students. And build the cultural environment of quality education and so on.
