【摘要】：“節(jié)儉自古就是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德,是個(gè)人成功的必備素養(yǎng),也是國(guó)家長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展必要的精神品質(zhì)”。(1)2012年12月,在中共中央政治局會(huì)議上習(xí)近平通過了關(guān)于改進(jìn)黨的作風(fēng)建設(shè)、密切聯(lián)系群眾的八項(xiàng)規(guī)定,隨之在黨內(nèi)掀起了“勤儉辦事,反對(duì)鋪張浪費(fèi),抵制享樂主義”的節(jié)儉之風(fēng)。(2)隨后,一份新華社文章《網(wǎng)民呼吁遏制餐飲環(huán)節(jié)“舌尖上的浪費(fèi)”》引起了全社會(huì)的積極響應(yīng),以“光盤行動(dòng)”為主題的公益活動(dòng)在全國(guó)各地開展了起來。這彰顯了我國(guó)新一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)于節(jié)儉思想的高度重視。而作為社會(huì)發(fā)展的中堅(jiān)力量—大學(xué)生,如何培養(yǎng)他們的節(jié)儉思想,幫助他們真正了解節(jié)儉的內(nèi)涵-節(jié)儉不單是資源節(jié)儉更是資源的合理配置以達(dá)到最佳有效利用,牢固樹立節(jié)儉意識(shí),成為了當(dāng)前亟待解決的問題。因此,落實(shí)習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想,對(duì)大學(xué)生節(jié)儉意識(shí)培養(yǎng)進(jìn)行深入分析研究應(yīng)是當(dāng)前大學(xué)生公民教育中重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)課題。本文共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分闡述了習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想的形成背景和理論來源。第二部分著重闡釋了習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想的主要內(nèi)容及當(dāng)代價(jià)值,立足于深入發(fā)掘習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想對(duì)于大學(xué)生節(jié)儉意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的借鑒意義。第三部分通過問卷調(diào)查的方式分析了大學(xué)生節(jié)儉的現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素。第四部分是習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生節(jié)儉意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的意義和有效途徑。這部分主要是借鑒習(xí)近平節(jié)儉思想,發(fā)揮其對(duì)大學(xué)生節(jié)儉意識(shí)培養(yǎng)的有益作用。
[Abstract]:"frugality has been the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation since ancient times. It is a necessary accomplishment for individual success and a necessary spiritual quality for the country's long-term development." (1) in December 2012, at a meeting of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping adopted a proposal to improve the Party's style of work. The eight regulations, which are closely related to the masses, followed a trend of thrift in the Party of "working with thrift, opposing extravagance and waste, and resisting hedonism". (2) subsequently, A Xinhua News Agency article called for curbing "waste on the tip of the tongue" in food and beverage links has aroused a positive response from the whole society, and public welfare activities with the theme of "Operation CD-ROM" have been carried out all over the country. This demonstrates our country's new generation of leaders to the thought of frugality is highly valued. As the backbone of social development, college students, how to cultivate their ideas of thrift, to help them really understand the connotation of thrift-thrift is not only the rational allocation of resources, but also the rational allocation of resources in order to achieve the best effective use. Firmly set up a sense of thrift, has become the current problem to be solved. Therefore, carrying out Xi Jinping's idea of thrift and deeply analyzing and studying the cultivation of college students' thrift consciousness should be an important theoretical and practical subject in the current civic education of college students. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part expounds the formation background and theoretical source of Xi Jinping's frugality thought. The second part focuses on explaining the main content and contemporary value of Xi Jinping's thrift thought, which is based on the deep exploration of the significance of Xi Jinping's thrift thought to the cultivation of college students' thrift consciousness. The third part analyzes the current situation and influencing factors of college students'thrift by questionnaire. The fourth part is the significance and effective way of Xi Jinping's frugality thought to the contemporary college students'thrift consciousness. This part mainly draws lessons from Xi Jinping thrift thought, exerts its beneficial function to the university student thrift consciousness cultivation.
