【摘要】：目前,高校教育質(zhì)量已成為人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn),而課堂沉默現(xiàn)象作為阻礙提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量的一方面因素正逐漸引起人們重視。本研究在收集有關(guān)課堂沉默表現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,編制《地方高校本科生課堂沉默調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》作為調(diào)查工具,對(duì)重慶市三所地方高校的本科生進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,其內(nèi)容主要包括情感上對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容的關(guān)注狀態(tài),思維上對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容的積極狀態(tài),語(yǔ)言上師生互動(dòng)交流狀態(tài),行為上聽課過(guò)程關(guān)注狀態(tài)四個(gè)方面,并分析導(dǎo)致地方高校本科生課堂沉默現(xiàn)象的原因,以尋找提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的有效途徑。研究表明,在課堂沉默的現(xiàn)狀方面,地方高校本科生在情感上表現(xiàn)出對(duì)教學(xué)內(nèi)容漠不關(guān)心,在思維上表現(xiàn)出學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)處于被動(dòng),在語(yǔ)言上表現(xiàn)出師生互動(dòng)交流不足,在行為上表現(xiàn)出非聽課現(xiàn)象普遍存在。其次,在課堂沉默的差異性分析方面,地方高校本科生在性別與生源地兩個(gè)因子之間不存在顯著性差異,在專業(yè)、年級(jí)、院校類型三個(gè)因子之間存在顯著性差異。根據(jù)對(duì)地方高校本科生課堂沉默現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查與分析,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)課堂沉默的原因來(lái)自教師、學(xué)生、文化、學(xué)校等幾個(gè)方面。教師方面的原因包括宣講式教學(xué)方式、陳舊的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、課堂管理意識(shí)淡薄;學(xué)生方面的原因包括缺乏興趣、內(nèi)向性格、從眾心理;文化方面的原因包括面子意識(shí)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化、功利文化;學(xué)校方面的原因包括寬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)課程考試、班級(jí)規(guī)模過(guò)大。因此,筆者嘗試從以下幾個(gè)方面出建議,首先,在教師方面,其需改變單一教學(xué)方式、加強(qiáng)課堂管理、更新教育內(nèi)容、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生課程興趣;其次,在學(xué)生方面,其強(qiáng)化自身學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),樹立正確課堂觀念,形成良好行為習(xí)慣;最后,在學(xué)校方面,縮小班級(jí)規(guī)模、改革考核方式。
[Abstract]:At present, the quality of education in colleges and universities has become the focus of attention, and the phenomenon of classroom silence, as a factor that hinders the improvement of teaching quality, is gradually attracting people's attention. On the basis of collecting the performance of classroom silence, this study compiled the questionnaire of undergraduate students' classroom Silence in Local Colleges and Universities as an investigation tool to investigate and study the undergraduates of three local universities in Chongqing. Its contents mainly include four aspects: emotional attention to teaching content, positive thinking to learning content, interactive communication between teachers and students in language, and attention to behavior in the course of class. In order to find an effective way to improve the quality of classroom teaching, this paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of classroom silence in local colleges and universities. The research shows that, in the present situation of classroom silence, the undergraduates in local universities show indifference to the teaching content emotionally, passive learning state in thinking, insufficient interactive communication between teachers and students in language. The phenomenon of non-lecture is common in behavior. Secondly in the analysis of the differences of classroom silence there is no significant difference between male and female undergraduates in local colleges and universities but there is significant difference among the three factors of major grade and college type. Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of classroom silence in local colleges and universities, the author finds that the reasons of classroom silence come from teachers, students, culture, schools and so on. The reasons for teachers include propaganda teaching methods, obsolete teaching content, weak sense of classroom management; students' reasons include lack of interest, introverted personality, conformity psychology, cultural reasons include face awareness, network culture, Utilitarian culture; the school side of the reasons include a wide-standard curriculum examination, class size is too large. Therefore, the author tries to give some suggestions from the following aspects: first, in terms of teachers, it is necessary to change the single teaching method, strengthen classroom management, update the content of education, cultivate students' interest in curriculum; secondly, in the aspect of students, It strengthens its own learning motivation, sets up the correct classroom concept, forms good behavior habit; finally, in the school aspect, reduces the class scale, reforms the examination way.
