大學(xué)生思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體研究

【摘要】:黨的十八大以來(lái),習(xí)近平總書(shū)記系列講話精辟論述了大學(xué)生思想政治教育思想,為新時(shí)期大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作賦予了時(shí)代內(nèi)涵,為“把立德樹(shù)人作為教育的根本任務(wù)”提出了總體要求。大學(xué)生思想政治教育是一個(gè)由許多要素組成的有機(jī)系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部各要素的創(chuàng)新必須與其它要素的創(chuàng)新緊密聯(lián)系、相互統(tǒng)一,才能融合成為系統(tǒng)的整體創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性不強(qiáng)的原因,既有社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期的宏觀因素的影響,又有微觀層面大學(xué)生思想政治教育各要素之間的分離,忽視了大學(xué)生思想政治教育發(fā)展規(guī)律的社會(huì)環(huán)境,偏離了學(xué)校教育的主體實(shí)際需求,忽略了家庭教育的重要性,造成各要素整合性較弱,共生性偏軟。本文以提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的實(shí)效為切入點(diǎn),將“生態(tài)共同體”概念引入大學(xué)生思想政治教育領(lǐng)域,以整體性地審視教育問(wèn)題,強(qiáng)調(diào)各要素共同的責(zé)任感與歸屬感,激發(fā)要素之間的教育功能,形成協(xié)同效應(yīng),提升大學(xué)生思想政治教育的實(shí)效。建構(gòu)多維協(xié)調(diào)、全方位、全員、全過(guò)程共同參與的思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體是提高思想政治教育實(shí)效性的應(yīng)然之義,也是實(shí)現(xiàn)“立德樹(shù)人”教育目標(biāo)的現(xiàn)實(shí)呼喚。本文首先從學(xué)理層面對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體的內(nèi)涵與特征做出分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合理論與實(shí)際,分析建構(gòu)思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體的必要性與可行性。繼而立足于生態(tài)學(xué)的視角,對(duì)思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體的架構(gòu)做出分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上,剖析了思想政治教育共同體的“非生態(tài)”現(xiàn)狀,主要包括課程及課堂的目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法偏離學(xué)生訴求,難以發(fā)揮“共生效應(yīng)”;家庭、學(xué)校、社會(huì)教育主體各行其是,師生關(guān)系漸行漸遠(yuǎn),難以形成“共振效應(yīng)”;各教育主體之間獨(dú)立性缺失,難以發(fā)揮“共處效應(yīng)”這三個(gè)方面,并進(jìn)一步探尋大學(xué)生思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體的構(gòu)建路徑,主要從構(gòu)建內(nèi)外機(jī)制兩個(gè)維度展開(kāi)論述,為構(gòu)建大學(xué)生思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體提供理論依據(jù)與實(shí)踐思路。大學(xué)生思想政治教育生態(tài)共同體的構(gòu)建離不開(kāi)思想政治教育制度與機(jī)制的支撐,機(jī)制的建設(shè)有助于激發(fā)要素的活力與向心力。一是內(nèi)部機(jī)制的實(shí)現(xiàn)要關(guān)注教育對(duì)象學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活實(shí)際,實(shí)現(xiàn)思想政治教育目標(biāo)、內(nèi)容、方法與學(xué)生訴求的對(duì)位;二是外部機(jī)制拓展要深入實(shí)施實(shí)踐育人共同體建設(shè),積極構(gòu)建黨和政府、學(xué)校、家庭與社會(huì)共同參與、協(xié)同推進(jìn)實(shí)踐育人機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches have brilliantly discussed the ideological and political education of college students, which has endowed the ideological and political education work of college students with the connotation of the times. It puts forward the general requirements for the basic task of education. The ideological and political education of college students is an organic system composed of many elements. The innovation of each element in the system must be closely linked with the innovation of other elements, and can be integrated into the whole innovation of the system. The reason why the actual effect of college students' ideological and political education is not strong is not only the influence of macro factors in the period of social transformation, but also the separation between the elements of ideological and political education of college students at the micro level. It ignores the social environment of the law of the development of ideological and political education of college students, deviates from the actual demand of the main body of school education, neglects the importance of family education, resulting in the weak integration of each element and the soft symbiosis. In this paper, the concept of "ecological community" is introduced into the field of ideological and political education of college students in order to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students, to examine the educational problems in a holistic way, and to emphasize the sense of responsibility and belonging of all elements. To stimulate the educational function among the elements, to form a synergistic effect, and to promote the effectiveness of ideological and political education of college students. To construct an ecological community of ideological and political education with multi-dimensional coordination, omni-directional, all-staff and all-process participation is the necessary meaning of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and is also the realistic call to realize the educational goal of "establishing morality and creating people". In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of the ideological and political education ecological community of college students are analyzed from the perspective of theory. At the same time, the necessity and feasibility of constructing the ecological community of ideological and political education are analyzed in combination with theory and practice. Then based on the perspective of ecology, the structure of ideological and political education ecological community is analyzed. On this basis, this paper analyzes the "non-ecological" status of the ideological and political education community, mainly including the curriculum and classroom objectives, content, methods deviate from the students' demands, it is difficult to play the "symbiotic effect", family, school, The social education subject goes its own way, the relationship between teachers and students is gradually far away, it is difficult to form the "resonance effect", and the independence of each educational subject is lacking, and it is difficult to exert the "coexistence effect" in these three aspects. And further explore the way to construct the ideological and political education ecological community of college students, mainly from the two dimensions of internal and external mechanism, to provide theoretical basis and practical thinking for the construction of ideological and political education ecological community of college students. The construction of the ecological community of college students' ideological and political education can not be separated from the support of the ideological and political education system and mechanism, and the construction of the mechanism helps to stimulate the vitality and centripetal force of the elements. First, the realization of the internal mechanism should focus on the learning, working and living realities of the educational objects, and the realization of the objectives, contents and methods of ideological and political education should be matched with the demands of the students; second, the development of the external mechanism should be carried out in depth to implement the construction of the community of educating people through practice. Actively build the party and government, schools, families and society to participate in cooperation to promote the practice of educating people.
