【摘要】：微時代背景下,高校管理面臨資源共享優(yōu)勢與學習能力弱化、打破時空界限與交往能力孱弱、新模式的應用與跟蹤教育滯后、拉近師生距離與主體地位動搖的新態(tài)勢,同時也衍生多維式管理、生成性管理、柔性化管理、軟文化治理的新范式。為創(chuàng)新高校管理,需要進行微教育革新、微教學改革、微管理創(chuàng)新、微服務提檔,全面落實以人為本。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the micro - era , the management of colleges and universities is confronted with the weakness of resource sharing and learning ability , breaks the new situation of the time - space boundary and the weak communication ability , the application of the new pattern and the new pattern of tracking education lag , the distance between teachers and students and the status of the subject , and also derives the new paradigm of multi - dimensional management , generative management , flexible management and soft cultural governance .
