【摘要】：社會各界對高校智庫建設(shè)的主流評價積極正面,但也不乏質(zhì)疑的聲音,對此進行深入思考很有必要。文章結(jié)合理論與案例,探討"為什么要建設(shè)高校智庫""什么是高校智庫""如何建設(shè)高校智庫"等亟需解決的理論與實踐基本問題,回應(yīng)了"高校能否建智庫""高校智庫建設(shè)是否過熱""高校智庫建設(shè)的形式與內(nèi)容"等疑問。高校智庫建設(shè)是大學(xué)功能的現(xiàn)代表達與路徑拓展,能與學(xué)科建設(shè)相得益彰,促進哲學(xué)社會科學(xué)話語轉(zhuǎn)型。高校智庫建設(shè)應(yīng)注重協(xié)同發(fā)展,形成合力;注重內(nèi)涵發(fā)展,走以提高質(zhì)量為核心的內(nèi)涵式發(fā)展道路,形成特色;注重創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,形成可持續(xù)發(fā)展的長效機制。
[Abstract]:The mainstream evaluation of the university think tank construction is positive and positive, but there are many questioning voices, so it is necessary to think deeply about it. Based on the theory and cases, this paper discusses the basic theoretical and practical problems such as "why to build a university think tank", "what is a university think tank" and "how to build a university think tank". This paper answers the questions of whether universities can build think tanks, whether the construction of university think tanks is overheated and the form and content of university think tanks construction. The construction of university think tank is the modern expression and path expansion of university function, which can complement the discipline construction and promote the transformation of philosophy and social science discourse. The construction of the university think tank should pay attention to the coordinated development, form the resultant force, pay attention to the connotation development, take the implicit development road with improving the quality as the core, form the characteristic, pay attention to the innovation development, form the long-term effect mechanism of the sustainable development.
