【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在考察模糊容忍度團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)對大學(xué)生生涯決策困難的影響。方法:采用實(shí)驗(yàn)組、對照組前后測的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計,以基于模糊容忍度相關(guān)理論而設(shè)計的團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)方案,對北京市兩所高校的18名學(xué)生進(jìn)行干預(yù)(對照組30人),以生涯決策模糊容忍度量表、生涯決策困難問卷和生涯決策自我效能量表為評估工具。結(jié)果:團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)后,實(shí)驗(yàn)組被試生涯決策模糊容忍度中的回避性得分顯著低于前測(t=-5.57,P0.001),生涯決策自我效能得分顯著高于前測(t=6.89,P0.001),生涯決策困難得分顯著低于前測(t=-3.08,P0.01);而對照組被試在各指標(biāo)上的前后測差異不顯著。結(jié)論:模糊容忍度團(tuán)體輔導(dǎo)能降低大學(xué)生的生涯決策困難。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of group counseling of fuzzy tolerance on career decision-making difficulties of college students. Methods: the experimental design of the experimental group and the control group were used, and the group counseling program was designed based on the theory of fuzzy tolerance. Eighteen students from two universities in Beijing (control group, 30 students) were treated with the scale of fuzzy tolerance of career decision, the questionnaire of career decision-making difficulty and the scale of self-efficacy of career decision. Results: after group counseling, In the experimental group, the score of avoidance in the fuzzy tolerance of career decision was significantly lower than that in the pre-test (t-5.57, P0.001), the score of self-efficacy in career decision-making was significantly higher than that in the pre-test (tr 6.89, P0.001), and the score of career decision making difficulty was significantly lower than that in the pre-test (t-3.08, P0.01), while that in the control group was significantly lower than that in each index. There was no significant difference before and after the test. Conclusion: group counseling with fuzzy tolerance can reduce the career decision-making difficulties of college students.
