【摘要】：新媒體的廣泛普及對大學生的學習和生活產(chǎn)生了深刻的影響,以學生為對象的高校學生事務管理工作在新媒體環(huán)境下迎來了發(fā)展的機遇,與此同時也面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)。目前,高校雖已開始新媒體應用到學生事務管理中的的研究和實踐,但尚未能形成較為系統(tǒng)的研究結果。本文首先通過查閱和搜集相關文獻,梳理了當前已有的研究成果,并以此為基礎確定了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和技術路徑。通過問卷調查和訪談法對當前大學生和高校學生務管理工作應用新媒體的現(xiàn)狀進行調查分析,找出高校學生事務管理在應用新媒體開展工作時存在的利用率低、實效性差、輿情事件頻發(fā)等問題。接著從新媒體的定位、資源投入、平臺規(guī)劃、技術投入、環(huán)境建設等方面找出導致問題出現(xiàn)的原因。最后,從新媒體應用的環(huán)境營造、平臺的規(guī)劃布局和新媒體在不同學生事務管理工作中的載體功能發(fā)揮三個方面提出建議,希望能對高校學生事務管理工作的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展提供具有實踐意義的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The widespread popularization of new media has a profound impact on the study and life of college students. The management of student affairs in colleges and universities, which is aimed at students, has ushered in the opportunity of development in the new media environment, and at the same time, it is also facing enormous challenges. At present, colleges and universities have begun to apply new media to the research and practice of student affairs management, but they have not yet formed more systematic research results. This paper firstly combs the existing research achievements by consulting and collecting relevant literature, and determines the main content and technical path of the thesis. By means of questionnaire investigation and interview, this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the application of new media in college students' and college student affairs management, and finds out that the utilization rate of college student affairs management is low and the actual effect is poor when the new media is used to carry out the work. Public opinion events occur frequently and so on. Then we find out the causes of the problems from the positioning of new media, resource investment, platform planning, technology investment, environmental construction and so on. Finally, from the new media application environment construction, the platform planning layout and the new media in the different student affairs management work carrier function display three aspects of the proposal, This paper hopes to provide practical theoretical basis for the innovation and development of student affairs management in colleges and universities.
