【摘要】：近年來,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難的問題日益明顯,盡管在國家的政策支持下,選擇自我創(chuàng)業(yè)的人數(shù)相對增加,但仍然處于較低水平。而美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的提出和實施,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)開辟了廣闊的天地。但是,由于政府與高校缺乏長期有效的合作機制,大學(xué)生對美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)的認知不足,對創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)了解不夠,欠缺到鄉(xiāng)村就業(yè)與創(chuàng)業(yè)的動力。文章通過總結(jié)近兩年在廣州市大埔圍美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)中的實踐經(jīng)驗,提出高校承擔(dān)融合發(fā)展的主導(dǎo)作用,政府充分發(fā)揮組織優(yōu)勢,積極參與融合建設(shè),企業(yè)為融合發(fā)展搭建橋梁,以期對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)與美麗鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)融合發(fā)展有所啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the problem of employment difficulties for college graduates has become increasingly obvious, although the number of people who choose to start their own businesses has increased relatively under the support of national policies, but is still at a relatively low level. The introduction and implementation of the beautiful rural construction has opened up a wide field for college students to innovate and start their own businesses. However, due to the lack of a long-term effective cooperation mechanism between the government and universities, college students do not have enough knowledge of the beautiful rural construction, lack of understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship, and lack of motivation to rural employment and entrepreneurship. Through summing up the practical experience in the construction of beautiful villages in Tai Po Wai in Guangzhou in the past two years, the paper puts forward that universities and colleges should take the leading role in the development of integration, the government should give full play to its organizational advantages and actively participate in the construction of integration, and enterprises should build bridges for the development of integration. With a view to college students innovative entrepreneurship and beautiful rural construction and development of the integration of enlightenment.
