論高等教育發(fā)展的新階段

【摘要】:20世紀70年代初,馬丁·特羅提出了高等教育發(fā)展的三個階段理論,這一理論在國際高等教育界產(chǎn)生了較大影響,并被許多國家作為制定高等教育發(fā)展政策的重要理論依據(jù)之一,但它也有較大的局限性。在進入21世紀之際,高等教育面臨著許多影響其進一步發(fā)展的矛盾和問題,不利于教育的發(fā)展,并影響經(jīng)濟、社會等方面的健康發(fā)展?梢哉J為,高等教育在經(jīng)過上世紀較快的發(fā)展后,進入了一個新的發(fā)展階段——21世紀高等教育現(xiàn)代化階段。本文在對高等教育發(fā)展的三個階段理論進行簡要評價后,討論了高等教育發(fā)展進入新階段面臨的問題,并進一步分析了21世紀高等教育現(xiàn)代化階段的內(nèi)涵及特點,最后簡要地提出了當前高等教育發(fā)展新階段的目標和任務。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 1970s, Martin Tero put forward the three stage theory of higher education development. This theory had a great influence on the international higher education circle, and was one of the important theoretical foundations of the development policy of higher education in many countries. But it also has a large limitation. In twenty-first Century, higher education is faced with higher education. Many contradictions and problems that affect its further development are not conducive to the development of education and affect the healthy development of economic, social and other aspects. It can be considered that after the rapid development of the last century, higher education has entered a new stage of development - the present stage of higher education in twenty-first Century. This article is the three development of higher education. After a brief evaluation of the stage theory, this paper discusses the problems faced by the development of higher education in the new stage, and further analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the stage of the modernization of higher education in twenty-first Century. At the end of this paper, the goals and tasks of the new stage of the development of higher education are briefly put forward.
