【摘要】：本文將產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論引入到科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的研究中,并運(yùn)用修正后的ISCP范式對(duì)中國(guó)高�？萍汲晒D(zhuǎn)化的制度、結(jié)構(gòu)、行為和績(jī)效進(jìn)行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn):1高校科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化的整體績(jī)效長(zhǎng)期表現(xiàn)不佳實(shí)際上是制度、結(jié)構(gòu)和行為影響下的必然結(jié)果;2在制度和結(jié)構(gòu)的影響下,高校及其科研人員、企業(yè)更愿意繞開(kāi)各類限制,采用更為隱蔽的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化行為,最終導(dǎo)致績(jī)效表現(xiàn)為顯性的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化效率明顯偏低。要想從根本上解決高校科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化成效不佳的難題,必須進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)相關(guān)制度建設(shè),通過(guò)制度的完善來(lái)影響產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)和市場(chǎng)行為,從而最終提升整體績(jī)效和促使隱性的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化行為陽(yáng)光化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the theory of industrial organization is introduced into the research of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and the system, structure, behavior and performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Chinese universities are analyzed by using the revised ISCP paradigm. It is found that the overall poor performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities over a long period of time is actually the result of institution, the inevitable result under the influence of structure and behavior. Under the influence of system and structure, colleges and universities and their researchers and enterprises are more willing to circumvent all kinds of restrictions. The adoption of more covert transformation behavior of scientific and technological achievements results in the obvious low efficiency of the performance of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. In order to fundamentally solve the problem of poor transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities, we must further strengthen the construction of relevant systems and influence the industrial structure and market behavior through the perfection of the system. So as to improve the overall performance and promote the transformation of hidden scientific and technological achievements into a sunny behavior.
