【摘要】：黨的十八大報(bào)告明確提出把"立德樹人作為教育的根本任務(wù),培養(yǎng)德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人"。習(xí)近平主席在2016年12月份召開的有關(guān)思想政治教育的工作會(huì)議上講到,"必須堅(jiān)持把立德樹人作為高校工作的中心環(huán)節(jié),貫穿思想政治教育與教學(xué)的全過程,實(shí)現(xiàn)全程育人、全方位育人,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)的新局面。"[1]這就要求作為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀及主要意識(shí)形態(tài)宣傳的主渠道的高校思想政治理論課(以下簡(jiǎn)稱:高校思政理論課),必須明確我們需要如何培養(yǎng)人以及培養(yǎng)什么樣的人這個(gè)根本問題。高校思政理論課作為高校實(shí)現(xiàn)"立德樹人"根本任務(wù)的主渠道、主陣地,在落實(shí)"立德樹人"根本任務(wù),實(shí)現(xiàn)根本教育目的上起著十分重要的作用。筆者在把握高校思政理論課落實(shí)"立德樹人",培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的社會(huì)主義建設(shè)者和接班人上所起的重要作用的前提下,通過研究相關(guān)德育教育、心理教育、思想教育、政治教育以及相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上,著重對(duì)高校思政理論課落實(shí)"立德樹人"根本任務(wù)的路徑作了比較深入的探究。本課題研究共有六個(gè)部分。緒論部分重點(diǎn)對(duì)選題意義、相關(guān)概念、思路及創(chuàng)新做了分析和解釋說明;第二章重點(diǎn)論述高校思想政治理論課落實(shí)"立德樹人"所起的主渠道的作用,闡明了在大學(xué)教育教學(xué)過程中思政理論課是實(shí)現(xiàn)"立德樹人"目標(biāo)的主要路徑和主要渠道,在大學(xué)育人過程中發(fā)揮著不可替代的引領(lǐng)作用;本課題研究的第三章、第四章、第五章三章分別從思政課課程體系建設(shè)、教學(xué)體制、教師人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了梳理研究,說明了思政課實(shí)現(xiàn)"立德樹人"育人目標(biāo)的課程、教學(xué)和師資人才三大路徑,提出只有創(chuàng)建與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的思政課程建設(shè)體制,呼應(yīng)時(shí)代的發(fā)展要求,才能高效、快速地實(shí)現(xiàn)立德樹人根本任務(wù);只有革新思政課教學(xué)體制,使思政課充滿新鮮活力,在實(shí)踐中破礪大學(xué)生的品質(zhì),才能真正實(shí)現(xiàn)"立德樹人"的教育目標(biāo);只有持續(xù)強(qiáng)化思政課教學(xué)科研人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高"靈魂工程師"的質(zhì)量,才能提高思政理論課落實(shí)"立德樹人"根本任務(wù)的實(shí)效性。在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本課題研究的最后結(jié)語(yǔ)部分提出要抓住大數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展的契機(jī),以學(xué)校為基本單位收集的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)生活過程中大數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)反饋為依據(jù),建立科學(xué)的的思政課引導(dǎo)機(jī)制和評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制,該機(jī)制的建立將會(huì)對(duì)進(jìn)一步深化思政課的改革發(fā)揮重要的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) explicitly proposed that "the establishment of morality should be regarded as the fundamental task of education, and the socialist constructors and successors for the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique and beauty". Chairman Xi Jinping said at a working conference on ideological and political education held in December 2016 that "it is necessary to persist in making the people of Germany the central link in the work of colleges and universities, run through the whole process of ideological and political education and teaching, and realize the whole process of educating people." All-round education, "[1] this requires the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities), which is the main channel for propagating socialist core values and major ideologies. The fundamental question of how and who we need to be trained must be clarified. As the main channel and the main position of realizing the fundamental task of "establishing morality and making people", the course of ideological and political theory plays a very important role in carrying out the fundamental task and realizing the goal of fundamental education. The author, on the premise of grasping the important role played by carrying out the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities and cultivating the socialist constructors and successors of all-round development, through the study of the relevant moral education, psychological education, ideological education, On the basis of political education and related materials, this paper probes into the way of carrying out the fundamental task of "building a man by virtue" in the course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities. There are six parts in this thesis. The introduction focuses on the analysis and explanation of the significance of the topic, related concepts, ideas and innovations, and the second chapter focuses on the role of the main channel of implementing the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. This paper expounds that the ideological and political theory course is the main path and the main channel to achieve the goal of "creating a person by virtue" in the course of university education and teaching, and plays an irreplaceable leading role in the process of university education. The fifth chapter and three chapters, respectively from the ideological and political course system construction, the teaching system, the teacher talented person troop construction and so on three aspects combs the research, has explained the ideological and political course realization "the moral education person" educates the person goal curriculum. This paper puts forward that only by establishing the construction system of ideological and political courses with the times and responding to the development requirements of the times can we realize the fundamental task of creating a person by virtue quickly and efficiently, and only by innovating the teaching system of ideological and political courses, Only by making the ideological and political course full of fresh vitality, breaking the quality of college students in practice, can we truly realize the educational goal of "building up morality and creating people", only by continuously strengthening the construction of teaching and scientific research personnel in ideological and political courses, can we improve the quality of "soul engineers". In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political theory course to carry out the fundamental task of "building morality and building people". On the basis of the above analysis, the final conclusion of this study suggests that we should seize the opportunity of big data development and take the relevant feedback of big data in the process of students' study and life collected as the basic unit of the school as the basis. The establishment of scientific guiding mechanism and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political course will play an important role in deepening the reform of ideological and political course.
