【摘要】：在"雙一流"建設(shè)中,世界一流大學(xué)排行具有重要導(dǎo)向作用。分析世界一流大學(xué)排行評(píng)估存在的方法論缺陷,需要確立大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)品質(zhì)是世界一流大學(xué)評(píng)估排行的共同基石,回歸世界一流大學(xué)排行學(xué)術(shù)品質(zhì)導(dǎo)向。這對(duì)于我國(guó)"雙一流"建設(shè)具有重要啟示意義。大學(xué)的一些外在可操作性測(cè)量指標(biāo)達(dá)到世界前列,較易實(shí)現(xiàn),但不斷提高自身的學(xué)術(shù)品質(zhì),則是大學(xué)的長(zhǎng)期追求。學(xué)術(shù)品質(zhì)評(píng)估導(dǎo)向有助于大學(xué)在推進(jìn)學(xué)校整體或?qū)W科建設(shè)中清楚地看到自身的質(zhì)量進(jìn)展和在世界一流大學(xué)方陣中的位置。
[Abstract]:In the construction of double-class universities, the ranking of world-class universities plays an important guiding role. In order to analyze the methodological defects of ranking evaluation of world-class universities, it is necessary to establish that the academic quality of universities is the common cornerstone of ranking of world-class universities, and return to the guidance of academic quality in ranking of world-class universities. This to our country "double-class" construction has the important enlightenment significance. Some external maneuverability measurement indexes of universities reach the forefront of the world and are easy to be realized, but it is the long-term pursuit of universities to improve their academic quality. The orientation of academic quality assessment is helpful for universities to clearly see their own quality progress and position in the matrix of world-class universities in promoting the overall or disciplinary construction of their schools.
