【摘要】：當(dāng)今社會(huì),價(jià)值多元化趨勢(shì)愈發(fā)顯著。在這一背景下,固有的大學(xué)生法治思維培育的局限性日益凸顯,已經(jīng)不能與當(dāng)前社會(huì)需求完全相適應(yīng)。因此,對(duì)于與當(dāng)前社會(huì)背景相契合的大學(xué)生法治思維培育的需求日漸緊迫。為此,論文圍繞選題,綜合采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和比較分析法,從大學(xué)生法治思維培育的成就及缺憾、法治思維培育的價(jià)值維度、發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的法治思維培育經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒和價(jià)值多元背景下大學(xué)生法治思維培育的具體措施等五個(gè)維度入手,針對(duì)大學(xué)生法治思維培育的開(kāi)展進(jìn)行全面而深入的研究與論述,力求通過(guò)不斷豐富價(jià)值多元背景下大學(xué)生法治思維培育的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式與發(fā)展路徑,完善當(dāng)前我國(guó)開(kāi)展大學(xué)生法治思維培育的理念與舉措等方面的不足。具體而言,論文在結(jié)構(gòu)安排上主要分為五章內(nèi)容:第一章為文章的緒論部分。主要介紹本文的選題緣由及選題背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于價(jià)值多元背景下大學(xué)生法治思維培育的研究現(xiàn)狀、論文的研究方法以及本文中所涉及的相關(guān)概念界定等內(nèi)容,為論文選題研究工作的全面展開(kāi)奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二章是大學(xué)生法治思維培育的現(xiàn)狀。這一部分內(nèi)容主要從大學(xué)生法治思維培育的成就與缺憾兩方面入手,通過(guò)對(duì)這兩方面問(wèn)題的研究,為后續(xù)章節(jié)的推進(jìn)提供重要保障。第三章是法治思維培育的價(jià)值維度。這一部分內(nèi)容主要從分析開(kāi)展法治思維培育的環(huán)境土壤與開(kāi)展法治思維培育過(guò)程中的困難與阻礙入手,借此為下面章節(jié)中的論述做好理論鋪墊。第四章是發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家法治思維培育的經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒。這一部分主要是以美國(guó)、日本為例,對(duì)其在開(kāi)展法治思維培育過(guò)程中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行分析并加以總結(jié),從而凝練出適合我國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)晶,為當(dāng)前我國(guó)開(kāi)展法治思維培育進(jìn)程中的具體舉措提供改良依據(jù)。第五章是價(jià)值多元背景下大學(xué)生法治思維培育的具體措施。這一部分主要包括課上、課后以及對(duì)相關(guān)理念的把握等三個(gè)層面。通過(guò)結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)的法治環(huán)境、教育理念以及學(xué)生的個(gè)人素養(yǎng)等方面,提煉出具有針對(duì)性的且行之有效的具體舉措,為我國(guó)開(kāi)展法治思維培育提供切實(shí)的幫助。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the trend of value diversification is becoming more and more obvious. In this context, the inherent limitations of the cultivation of college students' legal thinking have become increasingly prominent, and can not fully adapt to the current social needs. Therefore, it is urgent to cultivate the legal thinking of college students in accordance with the current social background. Therefore, the thesis adopts the literature research method and the comparative analysis method, from the achievements and shortcomings of the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law of college students, the value dimension of the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law. Based on the experience of the developed countries and the concrete measures for the cultivation of the university students' legal thinking under the background of multiple values, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study and discussion on the development of the cultivation of the university students' thinking on the basis of the rule of law. Through constantly enriching the realization form and development path of the university students' legal thinking cultivation under the multi-value background, the author tries to perfect the current ideas and measures of developing the university students' rule of law thinking cultivation in our country. Specifically, the structure of the paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction of the article. This paper mainly introduces the reason and background of this topic, the current situation of academic research on the cultivation of university students' thinking of rule of law under the multi-value background, the research methods of the paper, and the definition of related concepts involved in this paper, and so on. It lays a foundation for the overall development of the research work on the topic of the thesis. The second chapter is the current situation of the cultivation of university students'thinking of rule of law. This part mainly starts with the achievements and shortcomings of the cultivation of university students' thinking on the rule of law, and through the study of these two aspects, it provides an important guarantee for the promotion of the subsequent chapters. The third chapter is the value dimension of the cultivation of the thinking of rule of law. This part mainly begins with the analysis of the environment soil of developing the cultivation of the thought of rule of law and the difficulties and obstacles in the process of developing the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law, thus paving the way for the discussion in the following chapters. The fourth chapter is the experience of the developed countries to cultivate the thinking of the rule of law. This part mainly takes the United States and Japan as an example, analyzes and summarizes its experience in the process of developing the thinking of rule of law, thus condenses the experience crystal suitable for our country. It provides the basis for improving the concrete measures in the process of developing the thinking of rule of law in our country at present. The fifth chapter is the concrete measures to cultivate the legal thinking of college students under the multi-value background. This part mainly includes three levels: in class, after class and grasping the related ideas. By combining the current legal environment, educational concept and students' personal accomplishment, the author abstracts specific and effective measures to provide practical help for our country to carry out the cultivation of the thinking of the rule of law.
