【摘要】：[目的/意義]主要調(diào)研英美澳三國高校的科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策,旨在規(guī)范和制約高校及科研人員的科研數(shù)據(jù)管理活動行為,使其更加規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和系統(tǒng)化。[方法/過程]采用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研、網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查和內(nèi)容分析法,對英美澳三國的高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)管理政策進(jìn)行梳理,了解高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)管理體制與機(jī)制。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]依據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)生命周期理論構(gòu)建一套由數(shù)據(jù)獲取、數(shù)據(jù)組織、數(shù)據(jù)保存、數(shù)據(jù)共享和數(shù)據(jù)安全組成的全面的科研數(shù)據(jù)管理政策內(nèi)容框架,為我國高�？蒲袛�(shù)據(jù)管理政策制定提供理論基礎(chǔ)和實踐參考。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: to investigate the scientific research data management policies of universities in Britain, America and Australia, in order to standardize and restrict the scientific research data management activities of universities and researchers, and make them more standardized, standardized and systematic. [methods] by means of literature investigation, network investigation and content analysis, this paper combs the scientific research data management policies of universities in Anglo-American and Australian countries, and understands the management system and mechanism of scientific research data in colleges and universities. [results / conclusion] based on the theory of data life cycle, a comprehensive framework of scientific data management policy content consisting of data acquisition, data organization, data preservation, data sharing and data security is constructed. To provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the policy formulation of scientific research data management in colleges and universities in China.
