【摘要】：根據(jù)國(guó)家"雙一流"建設(shè)的總體要求和基本原則以及一流學(xué)科建設(shè)高校的辦學(xué)實(shí)際,提出將"基于學(xué)科,重建大學(xué)"作為建設(shè)方略,基礎(chǔ)在于思想重建,重點(diǎn)在于建設(shè)學(xué)科生態(tài)系統(tǒng),關(guān)鍵在于全面深化綜合改革�；緝�(nèi)涵和大體路徑是:以進(jìn)入國(guó)家"雙一流"建設(shè)體系的學(xué)科為基礎(chǔ)和核心,設(shè)立學(xué)科改革特區(qū),重塑學(xué)科生態(tài)體系,夯實(shí)學(xué)科建設(shè)基礎(chǔ),凸顯學(xué)科發(fā)展高峰,扭轉(zhuǎn)不同學(xué)科之間利益上相互割據(jù)、建設(shè)上相互割裂的不良傾向和松散狀態(tài),通過(guò)建設(shè)世界一流學(xué)科及其和諧健康的生態(tài)體系,推進(jìn)學(xué)校邁入某一領(lǐng)域的世界一流大學(xué)行列。
[Abstract]:According to the general requirements and basic principles of "double first-class" construction of the country and the practice of running a university in the construction of a first-class subject, it is put forward that "based on the subject, rebuilding the university" as the construction strategy, the foundation lies in the ideological reconstruction. The key lies in the construction of the discipline ecosystem, and the key lies in comprehensively deepening the comprehensive reform. The basic connotation and general path are as follows: based on the discipline that enters the national "double first-class" construction system, the establishment of the discipline reform special zone, the remolding of the discipline ecological system, the consolidation of the discipline construction foundation, and the highlight of the discipline development peak. By reversing the mutual separation of interests among different disciplines and constructing the bad tendency and loose state of mutual separation, the schools can be promoted into the ranks of world-class universities in a certain field through the construction of world-class disciplines and their harmonious and healthy ecological system.
