【摘要】：隨著高校教育的不斷深化改革,大學(xué)生社團(tuán)作為時(shí)代背景下高校開展思想政治教育的一種有效方式,不僅有利于構(gòu)建良好的校園文化、促進(jìn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展,而且有利于指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生走入社會、順利就業(yè),是高校開展思想政治教育第一課堂的重要補(bǔ)充。因此,研究大學(xué)生社團(tuán)所具備的思想政治教育功能及實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑,不僅有利于充分發(fā)揮其特有的思想政治教育功能,而且將進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。本文首先在對大學(xué)生社團(tuán)進(jìn)行總體概述的基礎(chǔ)上,對大學(xué)生社團(tuán)類型和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析和總結(jié),了解當(dāng)前大學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀,肯定大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能所取得的成就,并不斷改進(jìn)在大學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)過程中存在的問題。其次,在明確大學(xué)生社團(tuán)和思想政治教育存在相輔相成關(guān)系的前提下剖析了大學(xué)生社團(tuán)所特有的思想政治教育功能,包括導(dǎo)向功能、拓展功能、發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)化功能和文化塑造功能,并提出大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能應(yīng)堅(jiān)持的原則,如方向原則、“大學(xué)生為主體”原則、求實(shí)原則等。然后,聯(lián)系生活實(shí)際分別從社團(tuán)成員、大學(xué)生社團(tuán)自身、高校管理、社會四個(gè)層面分析提出制約大學(xué)生社團(tuán)發(fā)揮思想政治教育功能的相關(guān)因素。最后,在全面把握各個(gè)層面制約因素的基礎(chǔ)上為更好發(fā)揮大學(xué)生社團(tuán)思想政治教育功能分別提出針對性對策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening reform of college education, as an effective way to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the background of the times, college students' associations are not only conducive to the construction of good campus culture, but also promote the all-round development of college students. Moreover, it is helpful to guide college students to enter the society and obtain employment smoothly, and is an important supplement to the first class of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, the study of the ideological and political education functions and the ways of realization of college students' associations is not only conducive to giving full play to their unique ideological and political education functions, but also will further enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. On the basis of a general overview of college students' associations, this paper analyzes and summarizes the types and characteristics of college students' associations, and finds out the current situation of the construction of college students' associations. This paper affirms the achievements of college students' associations in giving full play to the function of ideological and political education, and constantly improves the problems existing in the construction of college students' associations. Secondly, on the premise of clarifying the complementary relationship between college students' associations and ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the unique ideological and political education functions of college students' associations, including guiding function, expanding function, developing transforming function and cultural shaping function. It also puts forward the principles which should be adhered to by the college students' associations in giving play to the function of ideological and political education, such as the principle of direction, the principle of "college students as the main body" and the principle of seeking truth. Then, according to the reality of life, this paper analyzes the relevant factors of restricting the college students' associations to play the function of ideological and political education from the aspects of community members, college students' associations themselves, university administration and society. Finally, on the basis of comprehensively grasping the restrictive factors at various levels, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures for better exerting the function of ideological and political education of college students' associations.
