【摘要】：本文針對(duì)地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展對(duì)電氣信息類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)畢業(yè)生的需求,深入分析了蘇州科技學(xué)院電子與信息工程學(xué)院在人才培養(yǎng)過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)與中興通訊、Google以及Oracle(中國(guó))等企業(yè)的深度合作,從師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、知識(shí)傳遞平臺(tái)建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)方案以及校內(nèi)外實(shí)踐基地和教學(xué)管理改革等方面,提出了"產(chǎn)教融合、協(xié)同育人"的專(zhuān)業(yè)建設(shè)方案。該校信息類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)的實(shí)踐表明,本方案具有較好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值和推廣價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the demand of local economic development for graduates majoring in electrical and information engineering, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of talent training in Suzhou Institute of Science and Technology in Electronics and Information Engineering. Through the deep cooperation with ZTE, Google and Oracle (China), this paper puts forward the integration of industry and education from the aspects of the construction of teaching staff, the construction of knowledge transfer platform, the training plan of talents, the practice base and the reform of teaching management inside and outside the school. The professional construction plan of the cooperation educates the person "." The practice of information specialty in this school shows that this scheme has good application value and popularizing value.
