國際教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系的構(gòu)建及其啟示

【摘要】:教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系是指為確保職前教師培養(yǎng)達(dá)到一定的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn),在生源、認(rèn)證、評估、投入等方面采取的系統(tǒng)性的教師教育政策措施。近年來,世界主要國家紛紛建立健全教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系,頒布標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、嚴(yán)格選拔、開展認(rèn)證、加大投入,從源頭上保障教師隊伍整體素質(zhì)和專業(yè)化水平。通過研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),探析國際教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系的內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)建的動力和主要特征,并結(jié)合我國實際有針對性地提出五點啟示:盡快構(gòu)建中國特色的教師教育質(zhì)量保障體系;抓住師范類專業(yè)認(rèn)證的"牛鼻子";積極探索多種渠道提高師范生生源質(zhì)量;堅持以外部促進(jìn)內(nèi)部質(zhì)量保障體系建立的目標(biāo)方向;加大經(jīng)費(fèi)投入保障。
[Abstract]:The quality assurance system of teacher education refers to the systematic measures of teacher education policy in order to ensure that the pre-service teacher training can reach a certain quality standard in the aspects of student source, certification, evaluation, investment and so on. In recent years, major countries in the world have established and improved the quality assurance system of teachers' education, promulgated standards, strictly selected, carried out certification, increased investment, and ensured the overall quality and professional level of teachers from the source. By studying the relevant literature, this paper analyzes the connotation, motive force and main characteristics of the international teacher education quality assurance system, and puts forward five enlightenments according to the reality of our country: constructing the teacher education quality guarantee system with Chinese characteristics as soon as possible; Grasp the "cow nose" of the professional certification of normal school; actively explore various channels to improve the quality of students in normal schools; adhere to the objective direction of promoting the establishment of internal quality assurance system with external; and increase the cost and investment guarantee.
