【摘要】：圖譜分析可以幫助研究者從整體上把握國內(nèi)外大學(xué)治理研究的基本現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。通過Cite Space對(duì)WoS和CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫中相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行圖譜的比較分析,可以得到以下研究結(jié)論。第一,無論是國內(nèi)還是國外,伯頓·克拉克都是大學(xué)治理研究影響力最高的學(xué)者。第二,研究者的發(fā)文數(shù)量和學(xué)術(shù)影響力并沒有明顯的聯(lián)系。第三,國內(nèi)外該研究的理論基礎(chǔ)、關(guān)注點(diǎn)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)明顯不同:國外關(guān)于大學(xué)治理的研究起始于1964年,而國內(nèi)則起始于2004年;國外學(xué)者前期的相關(guān)研究多以組織理論為出發(fā)點(diǎn),對(duì)內(nèi)部治理的討論已非常豐富,當(dāng)前的總體趨勢(shì)是討論大學(xué)與外部的關(guān)系;而國內(nèi)則更多關(guān)注大學(xué)的內(nèi)部治理,總體趨勢(shì)仍然是討論大學(xué)內(nèi)部治理中的權(quán)力配置問題,尤其是學(xué)術(shù)權(quán)力和行政權(quán)力的配置問題,對(duì)外部治理雖有一些研究成果,但從數(shù)量上而言相對(duì)國外較少。第四,我國的大學(xué)治理研究要著力克服在理論基礎(chǔ)和國際化方面的不足,并持續(xù)加強(qiáng)"中國特色"研究的優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Map analysis can help researchers to grasp the basic status and development trend of university governance research at home and abroad. Through the comparative analysis of the related documents in WoS and CNKI database by Cite Space, the following conclusions can be obtained. First, both at home and abroad, Burton Clark is the most influential scholar in the study of university governance. Second, there is no obvious relationship between the number of papers published and the academic influence. Third, the theoretical basis, focus and development trend of this research at home and abroad are obviously different: the foreign research on university governance started in 1964, while the domestic research began in 2004. The discussion on internal governance has been very rich, and the current general trend is to discuss the relationship between universities and the outside, while in China, more attention is paid to the internal governance of universities, and the overall trend is still to discuss the allocation of power in the internal governance of universities. Especially the allocation of academic power and administrative power, although there are some research results on external governance, but in terms of quantity, there are fewer than foreign countries. Fourth, the study of university governance in China should overcome the shortcomings in the theoretical basis and internationalization, and continue to strengthen the advantages of the study of "Chinese characteristics".
