全球化背景下大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育研究

【摘要】:隨著全球化趨勢的深入發(fā)展,大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育已成為當(dāng)前我國思想政治教育的“新主題”,作為思想政治教育的重要組成部分,其功能不僅在于傳播國際知識(shí),幫助當(dāng)代大學(xué)生更好地認(rèn)知世界;更重要的是引導(dǎo)他們樹立健全的國際意識(shí)、增強(qiáng)跨文化交際能力、提升國際素養(yǎng),把他們培養(yǎng)成為能夠立足于世界的國際化人才。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育的核心旨在培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的國際意識(shí),大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育的水平在很大程度上決定了大學(xué)生的國際意識(shí)水平。為了解大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀,更好地完善和加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育,本文以馬克思主義人的全面發(fā)展理論、全球化理論、理性愛國主義理論為指導(dǎo),通過對四所高校大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)現(xiàn)狀的實(shí)證調(diào)查,概括出大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)在知識(shí)、能力、素質(zhì)三個(gè)維度方面存在的問題:對國際意識(shí)內(nèi)涵的認(rèn)識(shí)淺顯;國際知識(shí)理論基礎(chǔ)薄弱;對世界的認(rèn)知存在局限;跨文化交際能力不足;極端民族主義及民族虛無主義等非理性愛國主義問題突出。高校國際意識(shí)教育的不到位無疑是大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)出現(xiàn)問題的主要因素,主要表現(xiàn)為:高校對國際意識(shí)教育的重視程度不充分;對國際意識(shí)教育學(xué)科的構(gòu)建不合理;對國際意識(shí)教育隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)不規(guī)范;對國際意識(shí)教育方式的選用不完善;對國際意識(shí)教育輿情的監(jiān)管及引導(dǎo)不到位。進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生國際意識(shí)教育,要在合理借鑒國外經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,提高國際意識(shí)教育的重視程度,明確其“新主題”地位,開設(shè)專業(yè)性強(qiáng)的國際意識(shí)培養(yǎng)課程,提升高校國際化水平;要完善國際意識(shí)教育學(xué)科構(gòu)建,課程教學(xué)理念重構(gòu),課程管理設(shè)置及教材更新;要強(qiáng)化國際意識(shí)教育隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提升整體隊(duì)伍的國際化背景,進(jìn)一步鞏固并強(qiáng)化隊(duì)伍國際專業(yè)素養(yǎng),系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃隊(duì)伍組織架構(gòu);要豐富國際意識(shí)教育運(yùn)用手段,有效利用工具載體,豐富各類國際意識(shí)主題活動(dòng),充分挖掘利用國際資源;要加強(qiáng)國際意識(shí)教育輿情監(jiān)管與引導(dǎo),加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情監(jiān)管力度與深度,加強(qiáng)國際輿論正面引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the international consciousness education of college students has become the "new theme" of ideological and political education in our country. As an important part of ideological and political education, its function is not only to spread international knowledge. To help contemporary college students better understand the world, more important is to guide them to establish a sound international consciousness, enhance cross-cultural communication ability, enhance international literacy, and train them to become international talents based on the world. The core of international consciousness education of contemporary college students is to cultivate the international consciousness of college students, and the level of international consciousness education of college students to a great extent determines the level of international consciousness of college students. In order to understand the current situation of college students' international consciousness and improve and strengthen the education of college students' international consciousness, this paper is guided by the Marxist theory of all-round development of human beings, the theory of globalization, and the theory of rational patriotism. Through an empirical investigation of the present situation of international consciousness in four colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the international consciousness of college students in three dimensions of knowledge, ability and quality: a simple understanding of the connotation of international consciousness, a weak theoretical basis of international knowledge; There are limitations in cognition of the world, lack of intercultural communicative competence, and irrational patriotism problems such as extreme nationalism and national nihilism. There is no doubt that the lack of international consciousness education in colleges and universities is the main factor that causes the problems of international consciousness of college students, which are mainly manifested in the following aspects: insufficient attention to international consciousness education in colleges and universities, unreasonable construction of the subject of international consciousness education; The construction of international consciousness education team is not standardized, the choice of international consciousness education mode is not perfect, and the supervision and guidance of international consciousness education public opinion is not in place. To further strengthen the international consciousness education of college students, we should, on the basis of using foreign experience reasonably for reference, improve the degree of attention to international consciousness education, clarify its "new theme" status, and set up specialized courses for the cultivation of international consciousness. To improve the internationalization level of colleges and universities, to perfect the subject construction of international consciousness education, to reconstruct the course teaching idea, to set up the curriculum management and to update the teaching materials, to strengthen the construction of the international consciousness education team, to enhance the internationalization background of the whole team, Further consolidate and strengthen the team's international professional quality, systematically plan the organizational structure of the team, enrich the means of using international consciousness education, effectively use the tool carrier, enrich all kinds of international consciousness theme activities, and fully tap and utilize international resources; It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and guidance of public opinion in international consciousness education, strengthen the supervision and depth of network public opinion, and strengthen the positive guidance of international public opinion.
