【摘要】：創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)是當前我國高等教育教學改革的重點和難點,高校思想政治教育作為培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的軟環(huán)境,有著促進創(chuàng)新人才全面發(fā)展的核心作用。高校輔導員作為高校思想政治教育的骨干力量,其職業(yè)能力的提升既是輔導員職業(yè)化、專業(yè)化發(fā)展的需要,更是創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的需要。在深刻理解高校創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)和輔導員職業(yè)能力的內涵的基礎上,理清兩者關系,進而探索出"以導促提、以德促提、以情促提、以學促提、以用促提、以評促提、以獎促提、以賽促提、以研促提"的高校輔導員職業(yè)能力提升的有效路徑,具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of innovative talents is the focus and difficulty of the teaching reform of higher education in our country at present. As a soft environment for the cultivation of innovative talents, ideological and political education in colleges and universities plays a key role in promoting the all-round development of innovative talents. College counselors are the backbone of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The promotion of their professional ability is not only the need of professionalization and professional development of counselors, but also the need of cultivating innovative talents. On the basis of a deep understanding of the connotation of the cultivation of innovative talents and the professional ability of counselors in colleges and universities, this paper clarifies the relationship between the two, and then explores "promoting by guidance, by virtue, by emotion, by learning, by means of promotion, by evaluation, and by awards." It is of great significance to improve the professional ability of college counselors through competition and research.
