基于立德樹人的大學生思想政治教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:從2012年11月十八大的召開到2016年12月全國高校思想政治工作會議的召開,作為思想政治教育中心環(huán)節(jié)、根本任務(wù)的立德樹人,倍受黨和國家的青睞,一直被強化著。然而,“貼近度不夠、影響力不佳、操作度不力”等問題依然頻現(xiàn),這一度使思想政治教育成為關(guān)注焦點和研究熱點。本文以大學生為研究對象,以立德樹人為研究方向,以思想政治教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)為研究基準,研究系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化問題。其正文由四部分構(gòu)成:第一部分主要是在明確立德樹人與思想政治教育關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,闡述系統(tǒng)的概念。本體理解,認為它是思想政治教育所依賴的主體、客體、介體、環(huán)境相互關(guān)聯(lián)、有機配合,形成平衡、動態(tài)、持續(xù)的生命狀態(tài)的系統(tǒng)。方法理解,認為它是運用生態(tài)學的認識、思維方式所形成的方法集合,整體、動態(tài)地把握思想政治教育,為大學生提供方式及策略選擇的系統(tǒng)。價值理解,認為它是在思想政治教育理論和實踐過程中內(nèi)在地蘊含著人、自然和社會之間一切生存狀態(tài)全面協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展價值的系統(tǒng)。第二部分主要是在把握生態(tài)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,剖析失衡原因;诹⒌聵淙说拇髮W生思想政治教育生態(tài)系統(tǒng)取得了一定現(xiàn)有成就,也出現(xiàn)了過程與環(huán)境斷層、本系統(tǒng)與外系統(tǒng)相對失聯(lián)的現(xiàn)象。本文認為基本矛盾的存在及“生態(tài)分析范式”理論自覺的相對滯后是導致生態(tài)失衡的“罪魁禍首”。第三部分主要是從根本目標、發(fā)展理念、運轉(zhuǎn)原則方面對系統(tǒng)進行認知優(yōu)化。本文認為要堅守立德樹人根本目標,要把科學持續(xù)發(fā)展、立體開放育人、與時同頻共振的發(fā)展理念貫穿于該系統(tǒng)之中,還要確立“不變質(zhì)”、“不作秀”、“不孤立”運轉(zhuǎn)原則,從而在認知方面優(yōu)化該系統(tǒng)。第四部分主要是從關(guān)系形成、環(huán)境塑造、介體完善方面對系統(tǒng)進行路徑優(yōu)化。本文認為要“雙輪”驅(qū)動形成和諧的生態(tài)主客體關(guān)系,要強化交往環(huán)境、網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境、家校社育人環(huán)境共同體的塑造,還要推進“接地氣”的教育內(nèi)容、“增底氣”的教育載體、“灌生氣”的教育方式的完善,從而在路徑方面優(yōu)化該系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:From the 18th National Congress of National Congress in November 2012 to the National Conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities in December 2016, as the central link of ideological and political education, the fundamental task of building up people by virtue is favored by the Party and the country, and has been strengthened all the time. However, the problems of "close degree is not enough, influence is not good, and operation is weak" still appear frequently, which once made ideological and political education become the focus of attention and research hotspot. This paper takes the university students as the research object, the Li de Shuren as the research direction, the ideological and political education ecosystem as the research benchmark, studies the optimization problem of the system. The text is composed of four parts: the first part mainly expounds the concept of system on the basis of clarifying the relationship between moral education and ideological and political education. Noumenon understanding holds that ideological and political education depends on the subject, object, medium and environment, which are related to each other and organically cooperate to form a balanced, dynamic and sustainable system of life. Methods to understand and think that it is a collection of methods formed by ecological cognition and mode of thinking, as a whole, to grasp the ideological and political education dynamically, and to provide a system for college students to choose ways and strategies. In the process of ideological and political education theory and practice, it is thought that it is a system that contains all living conditions between man, nature and society in an all-round and coordinated way. The second part is to analyze the reasons of imbalance on the basis of grasping ecological status. The ecological system of ideological and political education of college students based on Li de Shu Ren has made some achievements, but also the process and environment fault, the phenomenon that the system is relatively lost with the external system. The author thinks that the existence of the basic contradiction and the relative lag of the theory of "ecological analysis paradigm" are the chief culprits leading to the ecological imbalance. The third part is the cognitive optimization of the system from the aspects of basic goal, development idea and operation principle. In this paper, we believe that we should stick to the fundamental goal of Li de, keep the development of science, open education, resonance with time and frequency throughout the system, and establish "no deterioration" and "no show". The principle of "not isolated" operates to optimize the system in cognitive terms. The fourth part is the path optimization of the system from the aspects of relationship formation, environment shaping and medium perfection. This paper holds that to form a harmonious relationship between subject and object of ecology, to form a harmonious relationship between subject and object, to strengthen the creation of communication environment, network environment, home, school and social education environment community, to promote the education content of "approachability", and to promote the educational carrier of "strengthening the spirit". Improve the way of education, thereby optimizing the system in path.
