【摘要】：地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型是我國(guó)高等教育的一項(xiàng)戰(zhàn)略改革。高校、政府、行業(yè)企業(yè)及社會(huì)大眾等共同參與并形成合力才能促使轉(zhuǎn)型落到實(shí)處。在此過(guò)程中,地方本科高校在轉(zhuǎn)型中應(yīng)扮演主體角色,謹(jǐn)防完全趨向經(jīng)濟(jì)誘惑或屈服于外在壓力,失去大學(xué)自我而步入轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的誤區(qū)。文章在對(duì)地方本科高校轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展理念進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,文章提出堅(jiān)守大學(xué)育人本質(zhì)的策略建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation of local undergraduate colleges and universities is a strategic reform of higher education in China. Institutions of higher learning, government, industry, enterprises and the public participate and form a joint effort to make the transition come true. In this process, local colleges and universities should play the main role in the transformation, guard against the economic temptation or succumb to the external pressure, and lose themselves and step into the misunderstanding of transformation and development. Based on the analysis of the concept of transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to stick to the essence of university education.
