案例教學(xué)法在高校思想政治理論課的運(yùn)用研究

【摘要】:案例教學(xué)法經(jīng)歷國(guó)內(nèi)外百年發(fā)展,在各大學(xué)科都獲得了廣泛的應(yīng)用,有力地證實(shí)了其行之有效。將案例教學(xué)法引入于高校思想政治理論課的教學(xué)中,既涵蓋了以基礎(chǔ)教育信息為載體、平等互動(dòng)的師生關(guān)系,又充分體現(xiàn)了完整、系統(tǒng)的教學(xué)目標(biāo),還涵蓋了掌握理論知識(shí),發(fā)展和培養(yǎng)綜合能力的目標(biāo),這些都為案例教學(xué)法增添了更為豐富的內(nèi)容。案例教學(xué)法對(duì)促進(jìn)學(xué)生個(gè)性發(fā)展、身心健康,培育學(xué)生良好品德,以及建立良好的師生關(guān)系等各方面也都起到了重要的作用。通過(guò)綜合分析國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的各項(xiàng)研究成果、借鑒案例教學(xué)法在其他學(xué)科教學(xué)中的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),案例教學(xué)法在高校思想政治理論課教師的努力探索和嘗試下,其運(yùn)用取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展和可喜的研究成果,使用方法和應(yīng)用效果等方面也都具有了實(shí)質(zhì)性的突破。但我們?nèi)砸潇o地看待它,它并非已臻完美,針對(duì)其不足之處,我們?nèi)孕枰扇〈胧┘右愿倪M(jìn)。通過(guò)使用文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法和綜合分析法,分析了案例教學(xué)法應(yīng)用于高校思想政治理論課中的必要性和運(yùn)用現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)雖然現(xiàn)在已取得了思想認(rèn)識(shí)逐步加深、運(yùn)用方式不斷豐富、運(yùn)用成效日益凸現(xiàn)的成就,但這其中仍存在一些問(wèn)題,如教師運(yùn)用案例教學(xué)法的技能不足、認(rèn)識(shí)有偏差,學(xué)生參與案例教學(xué)法的積極性不高、意識(shí)淡薄,案例教學(xué)法的教學(xué)環(huán)境與組織實(shí)施不夠到位,以及案例教學(xué)法自身存在局限性等。針對(duì)這樣的問(wèn)題,立足新時(shí)期背景,梳理了案例教學(xué)法在高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中運(yùn)用的具體方式方法,并提出了明確案例教學(xué)法的適用情況,在如何適應(yīng)案例教學(xué)法的對(duì)策中,提出教師需要從樹(shù)立科學(xué)理念、明確角色定位、提高專(zhuān)業(yè)水準(zhǔn);學(xué)生則需要適應(yīng)角色轉(zhuǎn)換,自主轉(zhuǎn)變意識(shí);而教學(xué)管理者則需要通過(guò)適當(dāng)調(diào)整班級(jí)規(guī)模和學(xué)時(shí)安排、重視案例資源的開(kāi)發(fā)與共享等方式來(lái)采取措施,以期為幫助案例教學(xué)法在高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)中有效發(fā)揮作用獻(xiàn)計(jì)獻(xiàn)策。從學(xué)生、教師和教學(xué)管理者三個(gè)角度都提出了適應(yīng)案例教學(xué)法的措施和方法,著眼點(diǎn)較為全面,是為文章中的一大亮點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Case teaching method has been widely used in various disciplines and proved to be effective after a hundred years' development at home and abroad. This paper introduces the case teaching method into the teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities, which not only covers the relationship between teachers and students with the information of basic education as the carrier, but also fully embodies the complete and systematic teaching objectives, and also covers the mastery of theoretical knowledge. The goal of developing and developing comprehensive ability has added more abundant content to case teaching method. Case teaching method also plays an important role in promoting students' personality development, physical and mental health, cultivating students' good moral character, and establishing good teacher-student relationship. Through the comprehensive analysis of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the experience and lessons of case teaching in other disciplines, the case teaching method is explored and tried by the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. Its application has made considerable progress and gratifying research results, and has also made substantial breakthroughs in the use method and application effect. But we still have to look at it calmly, it's not perfect, and we still need to take steps to improve it. By using the literature research method, the comparative research method and the comprehensive analysis method, this paper analyzes the necessity and the present situation of the application of the case teaching method in the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and finds that although the ideological understanding has been gradually deepened, However, there are still some problems, such as teachers' lack of skills in using case teaching method, deviation in cognition, low enthusiasm and weak consciousness of students participating in case teaching method. The teaching environment and organization of the case teaching method are not enough, and the case teaching method has its own limitations. In view of this problem, based on the background of the new period, this paper combs the concrete ways and methods of the case teaching method used in the ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities, and puts forward the application of the case teaching method. In the countermeasures of how to adapt to the case teaching method, it is pointed out that teachers should set up scientific ideas, define the role orientation and improve the professional standard, while the students should adapt to the change of role and change their consciousness independently. However, the teaching managers need to take measures by adjusting the class size and school hours, paying attention to the development and sharing of case resources, etc. In order to help the case teaching method in the ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities to play an effective role in making suggestions. From the three angles of students, teachers and teaching administrators, this paper puts forward some measures and methods to adapt to the case teaching method, which is a bright spot in the article.
