高校本科生專業(yè)選擇對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的影響研究

【摘要】:專業(yè)認(rèn)同是學(xué)生積極投入到專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)并能在畢業(yè)后從事與專業(yè)相關(guān)行業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),關(guān)系到學(xué)生在求學(xué)期間的自我價值能否得到實現(xiàn),也關(guān)系到高校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高以及國家人才的培養(yǎng)。近年來,在我國現(xiàn)實高等教育中,學(xué)生對所學(xué)專業(yè)的認(rèn)同度總體水平偏低,專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)存在許多問題。為此,本研究從高考專業(yè)選擇角度,研究當(dāng)前高校本科生不同的專業(yè)選擇情況對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的影響,從而找到問題的原因,并提出提升學(xué)生專業(yè)認(rèn)同水平的若干建議。本研究結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究成果,編制了《高校本科生專業(yè)選擇對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的影響》調(diào)查問卷,并通過問卷星平臺開展網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查,獲得了來自某高校的324份有效樣本數(shù)據(jù)。將調(diào)查所獲得的有效數(shù)據(jù)使用數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析軟件SPSS22.0進行數(shù)據(jù)分析,分析結(jié)果表明:(1)影響高校本科生專業(yè)選擇的主要因素包括個人因素、就業(yè)因素、升學(xué)因素、學(xué)校因素和親友因素。高校本科生在專業(yè)選擇時最優(yōu)先考慮的是個人因素,對于就業(yè)因素的考慮要多于親友因素的考慮,有關(guān)升學(xué)因素的考慮相對較小。(2)高校本科生專業(yè)選擇的自主程度和對報考專業(yè)的認(rèn)知程度處于中等水平。(3)高校本科生專業(yè)認(rèn)同度可劃分為專業(yè)認(rèn)知度、專業(yè)匹配度、專業(yè)投入度和專業(yè)情感度四個維度。(4)高校本科生專業(yè)總體認(rèn)同度水平一般,且在專業(yè)認(rèn)同度各個維度中,高校本科生的專業(yè)投入度最高,其次為專業(yè)認(rèn)知度,然后是專業(yè)情感度,而專業(yè)匹配程度最低。(5)高校本科生在專業(yè)選擇時考慮個人因素、就業(yè)因素和學(xué)校因素對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度具有正向的影響。高校本科生的專業(yè)選擇自主程度和高校本科生專業(yè)選擇對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度有正面的影響。(6)高校本科生的專業(yè)認(rèn)同度及各個維度在性別、專業(yè)類別、不同生源地和家庭經(jīng)濟條件等控制變量上存在不同程度的顯著性差異。本論文一共分為五個部分。第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了本次研究的背景、研究目的與意義和研究方法,同時也對研究的流程和論文框架進行了設(shè)計。第二部分為文獻綜述,通過梳理國內(nèi)外研究成果,了解目前高考專業(yè)選擇和專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的研究現(xiàn)狀,為高校本科生專業(yè)選擇對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的影響研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分為研究設(shè)計,主要是根據(jù)研究內(nèi)容確定相關(guān)研究的問題、提出研究假設(shè)、設(shè)計研究所需的工具,以及介紹問卷調(diào)查對象的選取、問卷發(fā)放和回收情況。第四部分為數(shù)據(jù)分析,主要是分析高校本科生不同專業(yè)選擇情況以及專業(yè)認(rèn)同度現(xiàn)狀,高校本科生不同專業(yè)選擇情況和專業(yè)認(rèn)同度及各維度在不同控制變量上的差異,研究高校本科生不同專業(yè)選擇情況對其專業(yè)認(rèn)同度的影響,最后基于數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果提出相應(yīng)的若干建議。最后一部分為研究的結(jié)論與展望,主要內(nèi)容是總結(jié)實證分析的結(jié)論,指出本研究存在的不足,并展望了未來的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Professional identity is the basis for students to actively engage in major learning and be able to engage in major related industries after graduation, which is related to whether students' self-worth can be realized during their studies. It is also related to the improvement of teaching quality and the cultivation of national talents. In recent years, in the realistic higher education of our country, the level of students' recognition of the major is on the low side, and there are many problems in the specialty study. Therefore, from the point of view of college entrance examination, this study studies the influence of different major choices on the degree of professional identity of undergraduates in colleges and universities, finds out the causes of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of students' professional identity. Based on the domestic and foreign research results, this study compiled the questionnaire "the influence of undergraduate students' Major selection on their Professional identity", and carried out a network questionnaire survey through the star platform of the questionnaire, and obtained 324 valid sample data from a certain university. The effective data obtained from the investigation are analyzed by using the data statistical analysis software SPSS22.0. The results show that the main factors that affect undergraduate students' professional choice include personal factors, employment factors, and factors of higher education. School factors and family and friends factors. The most important consideration for undergraduate students in the choice of major is personal factor, and the consideration of employment factor is more than that of relatives and friends. The degree of professional identity of undergraduate students can be divided into professional recognition degree and professional matching degree, the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students is in the middle level, the degree of professional choice of undergraduate students and the degree of cognition to the major of applying for an examination is in the middle level, and the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students can be divided into the degree of professional recognition and the degree of professional matching. Professional input degree and professional emotion degree are four dimensions. 4) the degree of professional identity of undergraduate students is general, and among the dimensions of professional identity degree, the degree of professional input is the highest, followed by the degree of professional recognition. Then there is the professional emotion degree, and the professional matching degree is the lowest. 5) the undergraduate students consider the individual factor, the employment factor and the school factor have the positive influence on the degree of professional identity. The degree of professional autonomy of undergraduate students and the degree of professional choice of undergraduates have a positive influence on the degree of professional identity. There were significant differences in the control variables of different sources of land and family economic conditions. This thesis is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background, purpose, significance and research method of this research. At the same time, it also designs the research process and the framework of the paper. The second part is the literature review, through combing the domestic and foreign research results, to understand the current situation of the college entrance examination major selection and professional identity, and provide a theoretical basis for the study of the impact of undergraduate professional selection on the degree of professional identity. The third part is the research design, mainly based on the research content to determine the relevant research issues, research assumptions, design research tools, as well as the selection of questionnaire subjects, questionnaire distribution and recovery. The fourth part is the data analysis, mainly analyzes the undergraduate students' different specialty selection and the professional identity degree present situation, the university undergraduate different specialty choice situation and the specialty identity degree and the each dimension in the different control variable difference. This paper studies the influence of different majors selection on the degree of professional identity of undergraduates, and finally puts forward some suggestions based on the results of data analysis. The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the research. The main content is to summarize the conclusions of the empirical analysis, point out the shortcomings of this study, and look forward to the future research direction.
