現(xiàn)代教育理念視域下的高校教學(xué)改革研究

【摘要】:在全球一體化的時(shí)代背景下,人才的流通和交流已經(jīng)成為全球性的趨勢(shì),對(duì)于高學(xué)歷、高素質(zhì)人才的培養(yǎng)成為了世界各國(guó)教育發(fā)展的重要目標(biāo)。我國(guó)高校對(duì)于大學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)和教育也逐步向國(guó)際化、人性化發(fā)展。過去我國(guó)的高校教學(xué)是“應(yīng)試教育”,即過多的重視大學(xué)生對(duì)理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)于大學(xué)生的教育方式多是“填鴨式”的模式,高校教育理念的本質(zhì)是唯物主義的教育觀。近年來,我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)狀況令人堪憂:大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確,專業(yè)選擇存在盲目性,學(xué)習(xí)方法缺乏科學(xué)性,缺乏學(xué)習(xí)興趣。歸根結(jié)底是由于高校教學(xué)理念的落后、教學(xué)方式的刻板和教學(xué)內(nèi)容的單一造成的。在這種情況下,高校必須要進(jìn)行教學(xué)改革,F(xiàn)代教育理念為高校教學(xué)改革提供了思路,在理論層面上,現(xiàn)代教育理念改變了傳統(tǒng)教育側(cè)重應(yīng)試教育的特征,突破了經(jīng)驗(yàn)導(dǎo)向的束縛,內(nèi)容上更加系統(tǒng),更具有針對(duì)性,被賦予了創(chuàng)新精神、冒險(xiǎn)精神、開拓精神和批判精神等思想內(nèi)涵,顯示出了客觀、可信的科學(xué)特征;另一方面,在操作層面上,現(xiàn)代教育理念在指導(dǎo)教育實(shí)踐過程中更加成熟,呈現(xiàn)出包容性、可行性、持續(xù)性的特點(diǎn),勢(shì)必對(duì)高校教學(xué)起到很好的導(dǎo)向作用。本文共分為六部分。第一部分為緒論,介紹了本文研究的相關(guān)背景,通過研究本課題能夠產(chǎn)生的意義,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的研究進(jìn)行了梳理,為本文的研究奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。第二部分介紹了高校教育改革和現(xiàn)代教育理念的相關(guān)理論,明確了高校教育改革的意義,闡述了高校教育改革取得的成就,對(duì)現(xiàn)代教育理念視域下進(jìn)行高校教育改革的必要性進(jìn)行了分析。第三部分全面的研究了當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校教學(xué)改革現(xiàn)狀的同時(shí),分析了在高校教學(xué)改革中,高校教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,從教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)制度三方面進(jìn)行了探討,并運(yùn)用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)100名大學(xué)生的在校學(xué)習(xí)情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,總結(jié)出了當(dāng)前高校教學(xué)改革中,學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)情況并沒有出現(xiàn)理想中的效果。第四部分對(duì)我國(guó)高校教學(xué)改革存在問題及原因進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為我國(guó)高校教學(xué)改革中教學(xué)內(nèi)容與方式缺乏因材施教理念的彈性設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)體制缺乏以人為本理念的操作性、教學(xué)環(huán)境缺乏創(chuàng)新性理念,歸根究底是傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)思想與觀念阻礙高校教學(xué)內(nèi)容與方法的改革、社會(huì)政策與體制因素制約高校教學(xué)體制的改革和校內(nèi)部環(huán)境因素導(dǎo)致教學(xué)環(huán)境改革的瓶頸。第五部分從現(xiàn)代教育理念視域出發(fā)提出了對(duì)高校教學(xué)改革建議,提出了從教學(xué)理念改革、教學(xué)體制改革和教學(xué)環(huán)境改革三方面的改革建議。第六部分是對(duì)論文整體的總結(jié),指出了論文的研究成果和研究不足,并對(duì)未來研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global integration, the circulation and exchange of talents has become a global trend, and the cultivation of high-quality talents has become an important goal of the development of education all over the world. The cultivation and education of college students in our country are gradually internationalized and humanized. In the past, college teaching in our country was "examination-oriented education", that is, too much attention was paid to the study of theoretical knowledge of college students, and the mode of education for college students was mostly "spoon-feeding", and the essence of the educational concept in colleges and universities was materialistic education concept. In recent years, the study situation of college students in our country is worrying: the study goal of college students is not clear, the choice of major is blind, the learning method is lack of scientific nature and lack of interest in learning. In the final analysis, it is caused by the backwardness of teaching idea, the stereotype of teaching method and the single teaching content. In this case, colleges and universities must carry out teaching reform. The modern educational idea has provided the train of thought for the university teaching reform. On the theoretical level, the modern education idea has changed the traditional education to emphasize the examination-oriented education characteristic, has broken through the experience guidance restraint, the content is more systematic, has the pertinence. It is endowed with innovative spirit, adventurous spirit, pioneering spirit and critical spirit, showing objective and credible scientific characteristics. On the other hand, on the operational level, modern educational concepts are more mature in guiding educational practice. Showing the characteristics of inclusiveness, feasibility and continuity, it is bound to play a good guiding role in college teaching. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, introduces the relevant background of this study, through the study of the significance of this topic can be generated, and domestic and foreign research has been combed, for the study of this paper laid a good foundation. The second part introduces the relevant theories of college education reform and modern education concept, clarifies the significance of university education reform, and expounds the achievements of university education reform. This paper analyzes the necessity of educational reform in colleges and universities from the perspective of modern educational concepts. The third part of the comprehensive study of the current situation of college teaching reform in our country at the same time, analysis of the current situation of college teaching reform, from the teaching content, teaching methods, teaching system three aspects of the discussion. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the learning situation of 100 college students, and it was concluded that in the current teaching reform of colleges and universities, the students' learning situation did not have the ideal effect. The fourth part analyzes the problems and reasons of teaching reform in colleges and universities in our country, and points out that the content and method of teaching in colleges and universities in our country lack the flexible design of teaching idea according to their aptitude, and the teaching system lacks the maneuverability of people-oriented concept. The lack of innovative ideas in the teaching environment is, in the final analysis, a hindrance to the reform of teaching contents and methods in colleges and universities. The factors of social policy and system restrict the reform of teaching system in colleges and universities and the internal environmental factors lead to the bottleneck of the reform of teaching environment. In the fifth part, the author puts forward some suggestions on the teaching reform in colleges and universities from the perspective of modern educational concept, and puts forward some suggestions on the reform of teaching concept, teaching system and teaching environment from three aspects: the reform of teaching idea, the reform of teaching system and the reform of teaching environment. The sixth part is a summary of the whole paper, pointing out the research results and deficiencies, and prospects for future research.
