【摘要】：習(xí)近平總書記在2016年哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)工作座談會(huì)上指出,高校哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)有重要的育人功能,要面向全體學(xué)生,幫助學(xué)生形成正確的世界觀、人生觀、價(jià)值觀,提高道德修養(yǎng)和精神境界,養(yǎng)成科學(xué)思維習(xí)慣,促進(jìn)身心和人格健康發(fā)展。“95后”已成為高校學(xué)生主體,且大學(xué)階段是他們價(jià)值觀成熟的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期。作為未來國(guó)家的建設(shè)者和接班人,“95后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀的發(fā)展走向,決定了大學(xué)生能否成人成才,更決定了國(guó)家和社會(huì)能否穩(wěn)定和諧發(fā)展。目前,“95后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀存在問題,其價(jià)值觀培育也不甚樂觀。因此,要加強(qiáng)對(duì)“95后”大學(xué)生優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀的培育,促進(jìn)其形成優(yōu)良品質(zhì)。價(jià)值觀是指價(jià)值取向或價(jià)值偏好。從價(jià)值觀的性質(zhì)出發(fā),把價(jià)值觀分為優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀、底線價(jià)值觀與惡劣價(jià)值觀,其中優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀是指在不傷害他人、集體、社會(huì)利益的基礎(chǔ)上,作出利于社會(huì)、他人和個(gè)體心靈成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展的價(jià)值取向或價(jià)值偏好。優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的基礎(chǔ)和前提,通過培育優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀,有利于進(jìn)一步深入理解社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的重要內(nèi)涵,為個(gè)體健康成長(zhǎng)提供奠基作用。優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀的生成機(jī)理是助人的實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、個(gè)體積極的體驗(yàn)和反思、集體主義的理想信念三者相互聯(lián)系、彼此交互發(fā)生的運(yùn)行規(guī)律和原理。因此,“95后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀及其培育現(xiàn)狀主要根據(jù)優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)涵和生成機(jī)理進(jìn)行考察。當(dāng)前,“95后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀現(xiàn)狀總體呈積極向上的狀態(tài),在價(jià)值觀培育上已取得了顯著效果。但大學(xué)生的價(jià)值觀也存在許多問題,如在心靈層面存在一定程度的心靈荒蕪,在實(shí)物層面存在一定程度的無節(jié)制與過度,在交往層面存在一定程度的功利性與自我中心性,在社會(huì)層面存在一定程度的自私自利傾向等;在培育上主要存在高校理想信念教育、集體主義教育內(nèi)容針對(duì)性不強(qiáng),高校思想政治理論課實(shí)踐教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)未充分發(fā)揮作用,高校的培育工作未能充分貼合“95后”大學(xué)生的成熟水平的問題。究其原因,主要是助人的社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)未充分發(fā)揮應(yīng)有作用,教育者忽視受教育者個(gè)體積極體驗(yàn)和反思,集體主義理想信念被現(xiàn)實(shí)社會(huì)所消減。根據(jù)優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀的生成機(jī)理和“95后”大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀存在問題的原因,提出了優(yōu)良價(jià)值觀培育的三條對(duì)策,即高校積極開展各類助人實(shí)踐活動(dòng)、教育者要學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用心靈撫育的非智力因素、引領(lǐng)“95后”大學(xué)生確立集體主義價(jià)值原則。
[Abstract]:General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the 2016 Symposium on philosophy and Social Sciences that philosophy and social sciences in colleges and universities have an important educational function and should be geared towards all students to help them form a correct world outlook, outlook on life, and values. To improve moral cultivation and spiritual state, to form scientific thinking habits and to promote the healthy development of body, mind and personality. "after 95" has become the main body of college students, and the university stage is the key period for their values to mature. As the builders and successors of the country in the future, the development trend of the "post-95" college students' values determines whether college students can become adults and whether the country and society can develop steadily and harmoniously. At present, the post-95 college students' values exist problems, and the cultivation of their values is not very optimistic. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the good values of post-95 college students and promote the formation of good quality. Values refer to value orientation or value preference. Starting from the nature of values, we divide them into good values, bottom-line values and bad values, in which good values are made in the interest of society on the basis of not harming others, collective and social interests. The value orientation or value preference of the growth and development of others and individuals. Fine values are the foundation and premise of socialist core values. It is helpful to further understand the important connotation of socialist core values and provide the foundation for the healthy growth of individuals through cultivating good values. The forming mechanism of fine values is the practical activity of helping people, the positive experience and reflection of individual, the interrelation of ideal and belief of collectivism, and the operation law and principle of mutual occurrence of collectivism. Therefore, the "after 95" college students' values and their cultivation status are mainly based on the connotation and formation mechanism of good values. At present, the status quo of post95 college students' values is generally positive and positive, and has achieved remarkable results in the cultivation of values. However, there are many problems in the values of college students, such as a certain degree of spiritual desolation in the spiritual level, a certain degree of unrestrained and excessive in the physical level, and a certain degree of utilitarianism and self-centeredness in the communication level. There is a certain degree of selfishness on the social level, the education of ideal and belief exists in colleges and universities, the content of collectivism education is not specific, and the practical teaching of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities has not played a full role. The cultivation of colleges and universities has not fully matched the maturation level of the post-95 college students. The main reason is that the social practice of helping people has not fully played its due role, the educators ignore the positive experience and reflection of the educated individuals, and the collectivism ideals and beliefs are reduced by the real society. According to the forming mechanism of fine values and the causes of the problems in the values of post-95 college students, this paper puts forward three countermeasures for cultivating good values, that is, colleges and universities actively carry out various practical activities to help others. Educators should learn to use the non-intellectual factors of spiritual upbringing to guide the post95 college students to establish the collectivism value principle.
