【摘要】：中國高校近年來專利申請量居全球首位,美國居第二位。為觀察兩者在專利技術多樣性方面的分布特征,本研究以近十年德溫特數(shù)據(jù)庫收錄的中美高校授權專利為大數(shù)據(jù)分析樣本,通過深層分析,揭示了兩國高校在八個行業(yè)中的專利分布及其多樣性與差異性。分析結果表明,醫(yī)學和衛(wèi)生學領域是兩國高校最活躍的技術門類,且專利數(shù)相近;除機械工程行業(yè)外,中國高校在其他七個行業(yè)中的技術多樣性指數(shù)均高于美國,而美國高校在人類必需品行業(yè)的專利相對占比高,并表現(xiàn)出一定的技術集中度。本文的主要研究結論提示,我國高校整體的專利數(shù)多及其多樣性指數(shù)高,并不能代表在單個專利水平上的"創(chuàng)新度"和"技術復雜性"。此外,文章指出了多樣性指數(shù)在專利計量應用中的局限性,在理解技術多樣性指數(shù)的涵義時,要結合其他相關指征。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese colleges and universities have ranked the first in the world in patent applications and the second in the United States. In order to observe the distribution characteristics of patent technology diversity, this study takes the authorized patents of universities and colleges in China and the United States as big data analysis samples, which are included in Derwent database in the past ten years, through deep analysis. This paper reveals the distribution, diversity and difference of patents in the eight industries between the two countries. The results show that the medical and health fields are the most active technical categories in the two countries, and the number of patents is similar, except for the mechanical engineering industry, the technological diversity index of the other seven industries in China is higher than that in the United States. American colleges and universities have a relatively high proportion of patents in the industry of human necessities and a certain degree of technological concentration. The main conclusions of this paper suggest that the large number of patents and the high diversity index of universities in China do not represent the "degree of innovation" and "technical complexity" on a single patent level. In addition, the paper points out the limitation of diversity index in patent metrology. When we understand the meaning of technology diversity index, we should combine other relevant indications.
