【摘要】：大學(xué)生思想政治教育是實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生全面發(fā)展的重要環(huán)節(jié),對于培養(yǎng)德才兼?zhèn)涞母咚刭|(zhì)人才起到舉足輕重的作用。思想政治教育的主要任務(wù)在于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生除專業(yè)領(lǐng)域基礎(chǔ)知識與能力之外的思想意識、政治觀念、道德素養(yǎng)及心理健康等思想政治素質(zhì)。因而,當(dāng)前世界各國為在以人才競爭為核心的國際博弈中占得先機(jī),極為重視對大學(xué)生進(jìn)行以思想政治素質(zhì)教育為核心的思想政治教育工作,以便在強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生的國家主流意識形態(tài)認(rèn)同及提高大學(xué)生綜合能力的同時(shí),最大限度地實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想政治教育的有效性。通過借鑒他國大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),改進(jìn)和完善我國高校思想政治教育的方式方法,具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。中韓兩國由于民族歷史和社會(huì)制度方面的差異,使得兩國大學(xué)生思想政治教育各有特點(diǎn)。比較研究中韓兩國大學(xué)生思想政治教育,批判地吸收和借鑒其有益成分,對于加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育有重要意義。本文以韓國大學(xué)生思想政治教育作為典型代表,深入分析其歷史、現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),試圖通過中韓大學(xué)生思想政治教育的比較研究,揭示出不同文化環(huán)境和社會(huì)制度下思想政治教育的普遍性和特殊性。在系統(tǒng)分析中韓大學(xué)生思想政治教育的異同規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,客觀總結(jié)兩國大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成效與不足,在堅(jiān)持立足于我國基本國情的前提下,辯證地剖析、借鑒韓國大學(xué)生思想政治教育的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),進(jìn)而探索總結(jié)出對我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育的可貴啟示,即要堅(jiān)持愛國主義教育主旋律,以強(qiáng)化民族精神和民族意識;要注重對中華傳統(tǒng)文化的繼承和運(yùn)用,以豐富思想政治教育內(nèi)容;要優(yōu)化思想政治教育途徑,以促進(jìn)教學(xué)現(xiàn)代化與學(xué)生個(gè)性化的發(fā)展;要加強(qiáng)課堂教學(xué)與社會(huì)實(shí)踐的結(jié)合,以提高思想政治教育實(shí)效性;要重視思想政治教育的國際視野,以培育適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的國際化人才。對中韓大學(xué)生思想政治教育的比較研究,將有助于豐富我國大學(xué)生思想政治教育理論,并使其在實(shí)踐過程中得到進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和加強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of college students is an important link to realize the all-round development of college students, and plays an important role in the cultivation of high quality talents with both morality and ability. The main task of ideological and political education is to cultivate students' ideological and political qualities, such as ideological consciousness, political concept, moral accomplishment and mental health, except for the basic knowledge and ability of specialized field. Therefore, in order to get the first chance in the international game with talent competition as the core, the countries in the world attach great importance to the ideological and political education of college students with ideological and political quality education as the core. In order to strengthen the national mainstream ideological identity of college students and improve the comprehensive ability of college students, at the same time, to maximize the effectiveness of ideological and political education for college students. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to improve and perfect the ways and means of ideological and political education in colleges and universities of our country by learning from the successful experience of ideological and political education of college students in other countries. Due to the differences in national history and social system, the ideological and political education of college students in China and Korea has its own characteristics. The comparative study of ideological and political education of college students in China and Korea is of great significance to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of college students in China. This paper takes the ideological and political education of Korean college students as a typical representative, deeply analyzes its history, current situation and characteristics, and attempts to make a comparative study of ideological and political education between Chinese and Korean college students. It reveals the universality and particularity of ideological and political education under different cultural environment and social system. On the basis of systematical analysis of the similarities and differences of ideological and political education between Chinese and Korean college students, this paper objectively summarizes the effects and shortcomings of ideological and political education of college students in both countries, and dialectically analyzes it on the premise of adhering to the basic national conditions of our country. Learn from the successful experience of ideological and political education of Korean college students, and then explore and sum up the valuable enlightenment to the ideological and political education of college students in our country, that is to insist on the main melody of patriotism education, in order to strengthen the national spirit and national consciousness; We should pay attention to the inheritance and application of Chinese traditional culture, enrich the contents of ideological and political education, optimize the ways of ideological and political education so as to promote the modernization of teaching and the development of students' individuation, strengthen the combination of classroom teaching and social practice, In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, we should attach importance to the international perspective of ideological and political education in order to cultivate international talents who adapt to the development of the times. The comparative study of ideological and political education between Chinese and Korean college students will be helpful to enrich the theory of ideological and political education of college students in China and further improve and strengthen it in the process of practice.
